Title: A Comprehensive Look at My Stay: Mixed Bag with Room for Improvement Having recently concluded an extended stay at this hotel, I feel compelled to share my detailed thoughts. The aesthetic allure of both the interior and exterior is undeniable, enhanced by the commendable efforts of staff members like Raymond and Seye, with special recognition for the exceptional service provided by Benita and Enitan at the front desk. However, a closer examination reveals areas in need of attention. The hotel's promptness in addressing concerns falls short, and the inconsistent quality of electricity proves frustrating, particularly for business-related activities. Persistent power interruptions create challenges for meetings and examinations, impacting the overall functionality of the facilities. The breakfast experience, marred by both insufficient quantity and subpar quality, left much to be desired. Coupled with disheartening pricing, this aspect of the stay requires substantial improvement. Unpredictable Wi-Fi outages further complicated matters, posing significant challenges for those engaged in remote work. The absence of an elevator in a multi-floor building poses inconveniences, rendering the hotel less accessible for elderly or handicapped individuals. In summary, the genuine warmth and friendliness exhibited by the staff contributed positively to the stay. However, the overall experience was overshadowed by the aforementioned issues. I would contemplate a return in the future if substantial improvements are made, placing the likelihood at a 50/50 chance. It's essential to note that these concerns were not isolated incidents but observed over an extended stay spanning several months.

I honestly honestly honestly recommend. Great service for an affordable price truly. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are newly renovated and clean. Initially it looked small but overtime you adjust to the space because it’s clean clean. Everyday the room is cleaned, towels and sheets are changed, toiletries renewed and guess what, you get complimentary biscuit, tea and a bottle of water daily. The breakfast is brought to your room, asides the fact that you’re woken up by the telecom by 7am every morning to ask if the breakfast can be brought now which I found a bit obnoxious sometimes, I got to deal with it overtime and it became my alarm 😀😀. There’s no swimming pool so I’m not sure why that is written, there’s a lounge though to chill but no loud music. The breakfast was decent, didn’t get the same daily which is a plus and comes with a table of water as well. The food from the hotel is delicious, a bit on the high side, likewise bottle water. No microwave nor iron. I really thank Ms Ope for helping us ensure an amazing stay as well. Please keep it up.

The facility is great and the location is quite good. Rooms are clean and are well equipped as much as you would expect. However, the management is poor and the some of the staff are ill-mannered! They're very poor in communication and manners, some of them should be recommended for human relation and communication skill courses, especially those that worked yesterday (10/01/2024). There are quite a few of the staff, that are polite but they're not enough to change my opinion. This hotel promises to be awesome and has potential to be fabulous BUT they need to work on the staff's organisation, politeness, communication skills and discretion in customer relations and management.

Wonderful, amazing staff. Very very clean..Next time I visit Nigeria forget staying on Victoria Island at those overpriced hotels, this is where I am coming. This hotel is much more affordable and in my opinion much better than any I have stayed at so far. Clean rooms are very important to me and the room was perfect. Cold AC and nice and peaceful surroundings.

They understand the business Of hospitality. The customer services is superb from Front desk to room service to restuarant. The rooms are clean. I stayed for 5days in the hotel from Abuja and I love it. However I would make some minor recommendation, I noticed some rooms are not painted white, It would be nice if all rooms are painted white as that is global practice in most hotel except Lagos is different. And lastly the hotel needs a swimming pool the outdoor bar(seat out) can be converted into a mini pool since people rarely sit up there. I enjoyed the free breakfast every morning...lol

Had a great stay here, and would highly recommend. I used the hotel initially as a spot to stay after coming in from the airport due to its proximity but it is also really central, and a good location. It has a lot of shops around it - for food, snacks and shopping. Really liked the hotel, a big thing for me is cleanliness and happy to have found it to be so. The staff at the desk as well were lovely and friendly

Oh my, driving in was an experience! Like, every doubt turned to dust or something. Love, love, love the ambience, art, rooms, staff and low rates! Great team. Ask for Mohammed. Intelligent, helpful & respectful young people. Very rare these days. 10 stars if I could!

Great value for money, and super easy to locate. The room was clean and spacious, and you can have some peace and quiet, no noise from the street close by or within the premises itself. You can’t bring food in but the restaurant does a decent job. Food is fairly priced (I’ve added the menu in the photos) Checking in took forever — although I think the receptionist was just trying to stall till it was noon (I arrived earlier). It would have been better to tell us upfront why we had to wait so long. I also ordered the club sandwich and it came without meat, only veggies, although what I paid for included the smoked turkey. I notified someone at the restaurant and they said they’d look into it but nothing was done. Loved the little balcony and the complimentary breakfast though. Overall a very good stay. Will return.

It’s quite a very interesting place and worth the price, sort of like a diamond in the rough. You need to look properly on the road to find the place and I enjoyed my time here. The staff friendly, the ambience is lovely, the meals are affordable, the rooms are cozy. One thing I would recommend they add is an elevator to make it a more accessible place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The ambiance of the place was charming and inviting, making it a delightful experience right from the start. The service was truly exceptional; the staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. The rooms were well-appointed, offering a comfortable and cozy retreat. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here, thanks to the lovely amenities and a serene atmosphere. The only minor issue I encountered was that cab drivers had some difficulty locating the hotel due to its location in a tight neighborhood. However, once at the hotel, everything was smooth and delightful. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a peaceful and enjoyable stay with outstanding service. I'll definitely be returning on my next visit to the area. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay memorable!

It was my first time of visiting and I was a little disappointed with some things. Firstly, the location is awkward for such a decent hotel. Secondly, there was no shower cap and even a toothpaste in the washroom. The breakfast was way below standard. It was even served without water. Generally speaking, it was a pretty decent hotel, but improvement is needed in the areas mentioned.

Great room design... Clean and well laid out. Car park just sufficient. Accessibility a bit of an issue due to perennial traffic around the location. First impression... very good facility for the rate. Wifi didn't work during my stay though.

Overall - it did the job. Great and quiet. This hotel has lots of potential. But many of the markets services are barely available. They have a lounge that want opened because no one could work it. Their bar had very likely drinks The toilet in my room had no toilet seat. The shower was hot for about 5 minutes ONLY!! And I don't take cold showers. Lol.

I enjoyed my time here at the hotel. It was decent and the staff were courteous. I was almost stranded in the middle of the night before I located this place online. I was even offered discount for early check in which was really good for me. The room was neat and the facilities were ok. The only down side is they place isn’t equipped with an elevator for those of the 3rd floor.

It's of high technology, you don't need to push the door,it opens by itself. The staffs are well dressed and reserve and organized. There are guard to guide you through every staircase you pass through. Every rooms has its own front view balcony. The shuttle driver is an elderly man,and so responsive ,smart and humble, dedicated to his job.
