It was a nice experience. Clean, 24/7 power supply (generator was switched on if there was no power supply within 5 mins). There was good air-conditioning and the food was okay (albeit terribly overpriced). Customer Service was great too, kind friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the mosquitoes. There were a few of them and it wasn't terrible but it was quite annoying. Not the best overall but it was an OK experience

The bedspreads need to be changed, room service doesn't even bother cleaning the toilets, you need to ask before your room gets cleaned. The boss was really nice and friendly. Please change some of your a and fan, they make so much noise it was impossible to sleep at a time. The whole hotel needs a faceover. Overall good experience.

My surprise is that I was allowed to stay few hours even after my booking expired and I wasn't charged. I was so amazed. You can not get this kind of service anywhere else.

Nice location. Their staffs were very nice and accommodating. The environment was serenading. Was fortunate to meet the CEO. He was down to earth. It's a home away from home. Keep up the good works.

Cosy and home-like guest house.

Apparently, all rooms are over priced because the services were not up to standard when I cam here. I had difficulty charging my phone all through my stay because the sockets in the room didn't work with the gen or something. The AC couldn't be used all through my stay, except late at night. There was poor room service as daily cleaning wasn't done until I requested for the room I lodged in to be swept and the thrash to be taken out. Nevertheless, the power was steady, for fan and TV usage only... No charging of phones and air conditioning could be used with this power. Also, the rooftop bar is aesthetic and the view is lovely. Overall, I'll give it a 6/10.

The rooms were very neat and the service was great! The manager and the rest of the staff were also friendly and served my family pretty well. Would definitely stay here again!

The rooms are great....their service is great. Their customer service is top notch. We had a conflict when I got to the hotel but way the conflict was resolved was surprising to me. They know how to treat customers right. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was an amazing experience spending days there,power supply was 24/7, conducive environment, room very neat…infact you need to be here for vacation and experience everything you won’t want to go home I’m telling you.

For a two star hotel the hospitality was good

Serene, and cozy. A bit overpriced, but a bit far from the road, especially if your are with loads. However, it is a good location if you have business around Ikeja, and the airport in particular. Taxi or Uber from here to the airport is about N3,500 as at May 2022 and about 30minutes drive due to traffic. The rooms are small, and they have friendly staff especially the Kitchen staff. It has that guest house feel, which is what it is.

The environment was serene. Oh I loved it. Electricity constant. Air conditioning working well. Water and others good. Fee is also affordable( I know affordability is relative). Easy to get through google map. Nearness to other good places in Ikeja. If you want to hide yourself and rest from the hustle in Lagos without spending too much, this is your plug. Food is on the high side though.

I love this place so much.. the roof top bar is so chilled, the fresh air is so relaxing.. if you ever wanna grab a drink the barista is always at your service, the room service are so great, they have got a very welcoming staff. the environment is so quite and serene. IT's Home away from Home

The hotel is off the major road but easily accessible both by bus and leg and car. The room's cleanliness beat my expectation. No odours and very neat though not too big for size. Staff cordial and friendly. Food is available. In summary rates are very good compared to services.

I'm quite glad I found this place. It is a cute little spot at the end of a gated community. Everyone was nice from top to bottom. When I called, the man at the end of the line was helpful only for me to find out he was the boss. These guys are big on customer service and I'd highly recommend. Definitely coming back again

We enjoyed our stay a lot. My wife and I agreed to extend our short stay to 2 straight weeks. (I was surprised to get a 2 days cut off and, taken care of by the De-Boss himself!) Their foods are very delicious, their cooks are always neat. How about drinks? All are at very affordable prices 😃! Double one Hotel is very lovely a place to stay, it's a real home away from home!

The customer service is Zeroooo. How can I call to book for a room, ask for an invoice and you say I’m stressing you? How? I advise anyone reading this to not bother booking it. The place stinks, they have rats and mosquitoes, the AC doesn’t work and the service is beyond redemption.
