Yard Of Bricks
Historical landmark
👍👍 It was one of the easiest times to be able to stand in the middle of a historic spot. Even if you aren't a race fan being able to stand on a spot most people know but you wouldn't imagine being there. This is one where you are amazed at how small it is when standing there, For all that history.

Twisted Room Escapes Indianapolis
Escape room center
👍👍 We had an awesome time!! We had Zack as our game master for the Cabin game! I’ve done all the rooms here except for one now and it has always been an amazing experience each time. You can tell they spend time on each prop and puzzle to make sure it is thought out and as escape room enthusiasts we re...

The Escape Room Indianapolis

👍 We made it out! It was a good time and our guide was the best. We got there early because Indy was so packed everywhere, so we had some drinks at the lounge. Drinks were good but slow to actually get the drinks. On the plus side, we were able to take them in with us. I still don't have my $100,000,0...

Holliday Park Nature Center

👍👍 This will be one of very few reviews here about the ACTUAL NATURE CENTER, with photos thereof! 😂 🙄
* 🖼️ Habitat Hall exhibits mostly aimed at children, but still of interest to adults.
* 🐢 A couple aquariums with turtles
* 🐝 Bee colony inside transparent glass (in warm weather at least)

👍👍 I stumbled upon this on my way to volunteer at the mini marathon. I was very taken back. Super emotional. I really loved the addition of the pentagon stone. The beams were powerful to see in person. I remember where I was. Do you?

Central Canal
Tourist attraction
👍👍 A gorgeous place to spend a few hours either on a boat or walking the canal. There is art, sculptures, and history all along the canal. Walking at night is much more beautiful with all the lights accenting the canal.

Kurt Vonnegut Museum & Library
Heritage museum
🫤 This is the lowest rating I’ve ever given a museum. It isn’t a bad place, it just doesn’t have much to see. For $12 admission there should be more than a typewriter and a few displays. The slaughterhouse 5 exhibit was good, but not worth the price of admission.

Idle Park
Park
👍👍 I give this place five stars (rare for me) because it goes against the grain of everything. It’s hidden, yet it stands out. It’s easy to overlook, yet hard to forget. It has a simple name, yet a distinction all of its own. Indianapolis isn’t known as a quirky city, but this small park puts Indy on t...

Herron-Morton Place Park
Park
👍👍 Very nice play ground, well maintained. It's also only a seven minute drive from the nearby hospital. It has a good amount of benches and picnic tables, and the park is gated all around, except for the entrance. There are two larger grassy areas that are great for kids to play, and it is nicely shad...

Indiana State Capitol
Tourist attraction
😐 I enjoy touring state capitol buildings when I travel. We went through security & got a self guided tour pamphlet at the tour desk. I did call up in advance to check if they have guided tours, unfortunately they did not have one when we planned. I would recommend a guided tour, as it gets you in to...
