I am in Tokyo very often. (I’m from Germany) This restaurant is one of my favorite sushi stores. Friendly service - always egg smile and always know what the guest wants. Very good quality. I can very gladly recommend!

The service is great, menu can be in english, or on your phone. I had so much tuna and wanted to ask for more. The price were very reasonable for the quality. I will come back 100% on my next trip to tokyo.

Foreigner friendly and truly an experience that needs to be had. The sushi and sashimi is beyond anything that is experienced in the US at the price offered. We had Bluefin from Nagasaki and it was heavenly. The taste and texture are beyond compare and worth every penny. The tuna is so good that I would recommend the sashimi over the sushi. The rice only masks the tuna and it deserves to enjoyed in its own.

For a chain sushi resturant. This is very good quality sushi. Price is decent. Big menu, and order using phone, this made it very easy for tourists. I would happily come back again.

Not sure what to say other then I regret going here. Sushi presentation and taste were poor. See picture of Tuna nigiri… The price was too high for what it was. Edamame served was not tasty and was difficult to eat off the stem. You order off your phone. Overall, it felt like a McDonalds sushi.

This place was near our hotel. Service was fast and staff were extremely friendly. They have an English menu which made ordering much easier. However the quality and taste of the food fell short of our expectations, especially since this was in Japan.

Woke up jet lagged at 1am still on western time. Came here for "late night" sushi and I can attest it's the Waffle House of Tokyo. Friday night at 130am - 3am you will have the best sushi and drinks of your life for the price. No comparison. Blue fin tuna and tempura all highlights

It was so good that I spilled miso all over myself. Luckily the staff was able to get me a towel. :) 10/10, would spill miso on myself again for great sushi.

I love salmon, so I was so happy when the salmon sashimi that came were big slices and not the small flimsy ones you would get in other Asian countries. Was really good and tasted fresh. Price is OK, paid around 2300 yen for all in photos

I visited with a colleague during my lunch break from work. The food was delicious, but the menu was expensive for lunch. It feels expensive. There were many foreign customers in the store. The inside of the store is bright and clean, and the atmosphere is not bad. There are counter seats and table seats. The taste was delicious, but it's not cheap enough to go there often. Might be good for traveling.

This restaurant offered lunch set menu in addition to the main a la carte. It's available in English, Chinese and Korean. Staff did not have any fluency in spoken English. They didn't know what was wrong with the free WiFi connection. However, they were friendly and attentive. We could order our food items without any difficulty. As for the food quality, it was much higher than those available in the Tsukiji Fish Market restaurants. They were flavorful and tasty. For lunch combo, free salad and miso soup was offered. The price set was reasonable. Quite value for the money spent.

I’d already book a table but the staff said I need to wait until my reservation time, while I saw some late comers can go inside to dine earlier than me. No one served us green tea even I reminded again & again and even the sushi were served already. About the food, it’s disappointing to have the seaweed of sushi are humid & not crunchy, just like supermarket sushi. From the below photos, you can see the sushi master did not close the seaweed box. Additionally, the shrimp tempura got excessive fried powder, the thickest I have ever tasted (see below photo)

First time ever to goto a sushi restaurant with high ceilings and so much social distancing. Great place for a date! Staff was very attentive. If you had to choose one comfortable sushi joint this would be it.

Wow. The best sushi I've had in Japan in 7 years! Not cheap, but not break the bank. English is freely used and in the menus.

Best sushi chefs in the area. Really fresh products, really nice atmosfere, fair prices. What do you have to know is that they will charge you with 300¥ for the seat, which is peanuts for what you will receive. Oishi... Arigato!

You can enjoy tasty foods with reasonable price. I ate several pieces of sushi and all of them were recommendable. I could find several chains of Itame Sushi in Tokyo so you can easily find one near your place in Tokyo.

All dishes are Amazing! Can't believe this tiny shop can make it happen! Will probably be back tomorrow.

Excellent sushi at very reasonable prices. The tuna is delicious, and the service is great - many of the servers could talk with us in English. We didn't need a reservation, but we did go earlier in the evening.

Easy choice for quick, friendly service and the freshest sushi. Chawanmushi was among life’s best.

The uni is surprisingly fresh and tasty. The otoro tuna is also amazing. Very thoughtful restaurant and accessible using english. This dinner made my day. Recommend!
