recently
dined
at
Shab
Neshin
during
a
holiday
evening,
expecting
a
pleasant
experience
as
I
had
heard
positive
reviews
about
their
food.
Unfortunately,
the
behavior
of
the
service
staff
left
me
utterly
disappointed
and
overshadowed
any
potential
enjoyment
of
the
meal.
From
the
moment
we
entered,
the
staff
seemed
to
carry
an
air
of
superiority,
making
us
feel
as
if
we
were
intruding
upon
their
personal
space.
Rather
than
being
welcoming,
they
appeared
annoyed
by
our
presence.
Throughout
the
evening,
the
service
workers
consistently
displayed
rude
and
sarcastic
behavior,
which
made
it
difficult
for
us
to
relax
and
enjoy
our
meal.
In
particular,
our
server
seemed
to
believe
that
their
position
granted
them
the
right
to
treat
us
with
disdain.
They
were
curt
with
their
responses,
rolling
their
eyes
when
we
asked
questions
about
the
menu
and
making
sarcastic
remarks
when
we
requested
assistance.
This
attitude
was
not
only
unprofessional
but
also
deeply
disrespectful
to
us
as
paying
customers.
I
understand
that
holidays
can
be
a
busy
and
stressful
time
for
restaurant
staff,
but
this
does
not
excuse
the
blatant
rudeness
and
unprofessionalism
we
encountered.
A
restaurant's
success
is
not
only
built
on
its
food
but
also
on
the
overall
experience
it
provides
to
its
patrons.
In
this
case,

Name]
failed
to
deliver
the
positive
dining
experience
we
had
hoped
for.
I
sincerely
hope
the
management
takes
note
of
these
issues
and
works
to
improve
the
level
of
customer
service
at
Shab
Neshin.
Until
then,
I
would
not
recommend
this
establishment
to
anyone
looking
for
an
enjoyable
dining
experience,
especially
during
the
holidays.
