As a matter of fact , I didn’t have a pleasant stay in Hotel Parsian Isfahan. During my three nights stay in October 2020, I stayed in a very expensive room ( based on average rental prices in good hotels ) and unfortunately the room didn’t have an reliable air circulation. At the same time , a very disgusting smell from the toilet and it’s stocked pipes was all over the room causing me not to be able to sleep !! Not a good experience at all and not what you can expect from a pricey and luxury hotel !

The quality of the hotel is at best 2-star. In our first room the bathtub drain overflowed and we had to change our room. In the second room the toilet was leaking to the bathroom floor. Also, the bathtub was so high that my elderly parents had a hard time getting in and out and I slipped multiple times in the bathtub. Each part of the room has a different type of electrical outlet and switch locations are often lower than standard. The carpets in the room looks ancient and dirty. Avoid the rooms facing the river because traffic won’t let’s you sleep until 2 AM. The only good thing is the hotel restaurants.

My wife and I stayed for two nights at the VIP unit in Firoozeh building. It was a great experience. Check-in and check-out were handled fast. We were in our unit just 5 mins after our arrival, and we checked out just as quickly. Food was great. I guess there were six restaurants inside the hotel, each offering a unique menu. It was a quite good experience altogether.

Was told a different price at the beginning then at check out was told a different one, 25% more! which was supposedly a mistake.
