Unfortunately,
I
had
one
of
the
worst
experiences
with
this
hotel.
I'd
rather
say
that
they
don't
deserve
at
all
to
be
a
five-star
hotel.
To
be
fair
in
my
criticism,
I
will
state
that
the
interior
design
of
the
Royal
Suite
was
nice.
HOWEVER,
after
we
booked
our
room
on
the
3rd
floor,
we've
heard
extremely
bad
noises.
They
said
it
is
from
the
gym.
It
felt
that
the
ceiling
was
coming
down,
and
we
couldn't
sleep.
Since
it
started
from
6
am
to
11
pm.
Then,
we
requested
to
change
our
room.
They
provided
us
with
a
connecting
room,
which
stank
a
lot.
In
fact,
it
was
for
the
air
conditioning,
which
was
terrible.
We
contacted
the
reception,
and
the
receptionist
was
extremely
impolite,
irresponsible,
and
extremely
irresponsive.
When
we
explained
the
matter,
she
said
that
you
already
changed
rooms
once.
Then
she
said
"Be
Salamat",
which
in
English
means
goodbye.
As
if
she
is
kicking
someone
out
of
the
hotel.
We
got
50%
of
our
money
back
and
booked
another
room
in
Abbasi
Hotel.
The
staff
were
very
polite,
and
the
garden
was
beautiful.
The
rooms
might
be
old
in
comparison
to
Kosar,
but
I'd
rather
stay
somewhere
that
is
worth
paying.
The
rooms
were
mostly
historical
since
the
building
is
old.
As
a
person
who
travels
a
lot
around
the
globe,
I
can
certainly
say
that
I
never
encountered
such
rude,
impolite
and
inconsiderate
staff
in
my
life.
Instead
of
paying
attention
to
their
weaknesses,
they
want
you
to
cope
with
them.
Very
bad
management
and
very
bad
staff.
They
don't
deserve
at
all
to
be
a
five-star
hotel
because
the
service
and
the
level
of
respect
they
offer
you
is
technically
ZERO,
especially
in
comparison
to
Abbasi's
hotel.
