I was invited to take shelter in the garden when out in the streets bullets were being shot and tear gas lingered in the air. What a great people Iranians are! Everyone at the hotel treated me gently and warmly. I guess it must be wonderful to stay there for a while.

We lost 😅 Charming gigantic space. Large and clean room, nice maintaining. We also have kind room attendant, who show us how to walk for breakfast, after he fould us two times in his working area, walking around. .. Thank you for notice 😇 Love their magical atmosphere.

Hotel Abbasi is the oldest 5-star hotel in Iran which is decorated so beautifully regarding old traditional Persian symbols. There are so many different separated sections including Safavid rooms (3500 $), Qajar rooms (2500 $) and other rooms and suits in 3 floors. There are different breakfast and dining saloons in each floor. There are also meeting rooms and a conference hall along with a very beautiful break room. In spring and summer, you can use the garden for eating dinner and drinking tea and coffee.

This is a really deceptive one which is why I'll give it a three. There is no doubt when you first enter and see the entrance and the court yard you think "Wow this is grand". And it is! If you wanted to take yourself back to past Iranian glories and live in one of those settings then this is the place. The large open courtyard with the rooms around the square are classic Iran. The view in the morning or at sun set or at night is beautiful. The only down point I have is that for the price you pay (and this place is not cheap!) the rooms are a bit outdated. Some of the furniture and accessories could do with an upgrade. I only stayed in one hotel in Isfahan so I have nothing to compare it against and it's possible this is the best in the business. As always though in Iran, great service, friendly staff and you're not short of options at breakfast!

The garden is very beautiful. The decorations are traditional and nice. The rooms are well decorated but really old. Some of the them need renovation. The breakfast is great & tasty. The location for Isfahan is good. The Personal is friendly but some of the arrogant. The hotel is as my opinion a bit overrated.

(Translated by Google) I remember the Abbasi Hotel with its very beautiful and eye-catching atmosphere and the very respectful attitude of the staff. Especially the courtyard, which is very lovely at night, the traditional coffee shop inside the courtyard is also great. Its noodle soup was great in the winter cold. When taking a room, make sure that the standard rooms face Amadgah Street and the view rooms face the courtyard, but they do not have a terrace and only have windows. Campus rooms with terraces in the courtyard are really worth it. Of course we got a standard room that had a terrace facing the street and it was fairly a good room, but not all standard rooms have a terrace. Separate toilets need to be rebuilt, very old.

An amazing hotel located in the heart of Esfahan, used as a caravanserai in old times, has all this "spirit" of functionality and hospitality. Excellent inner yard and garden, exceptional facilities and exemplary services by personnel. Highly recommended for travelling or business purposes.

First of all, I suggest foreign tourists to stay at least a night in Qajar room, if the rooms are empty. The lobby and courtyard behind the hotel are reminiscent of ancient Iranian architecture. High quality breakfast and clean room. But don't expect luxury room. Good in services. polite Stuff.

I was not at all expecting such a awful experience. Worst behaviour I have seen from hotel staff. Five stars? Please!!! The restaurant, the most mundane food with the most expensive and ridiculous prices and I must say that 20 percent extra was taken for nonexistent 'SERVICES' . Just go to a place where they appreciate you and is worth not only your money but your time and peace of mind.

(Translated by Google) Hello Abbasi Hotel, it can be said that the Abbasi Museum of Architecture, first of all, probably has a good and skilled management because everyone has written about this good hotel. The staff is knowledgeable and respectful, but ..... do not look at this hotel as a hotel with luxurious and very comfortable appliances. Do not expect a new door and window that prevents noise. Yes, but my room had a very good mattress, which, unlike some hotels, did not save at all in preparing it. The quality of the food was excellent and the restaurant service was excellent, and you enjoy the timely and respectful service.

A hotel could never been better, I may dare to say in Iran . Visually fantastic . Great room with its own classic and traditional way of decoration and design . Kind, nice, energetic, ready-to-help staffs . Clean rooms and nice room service and Eco-friendly . Great meals. It needs great attention to the hotel history, painting and environment . I could spend hours sitting in the garden and enjoy the nice view with a good tea from the Built-in teahouse or Soup or Ash . If you could, don't hesitate to pay here a visit even if you are not staying at this hotel .

With a view of the whole city, Abbasi Hotel is a must-stay place for every visitor to the city. This 300-year-old property boasts magnificent Iranian architecture with a beautiful courtyard. Having ample underground parking, this hotel is within walking distance of most of the attractions in the city. Having beautiful paintings, carvings, and murals on its walls, the hotel displays a glorious era of Iranian culture.

I've only tried this hotel restaurants and not the rooms. I can't believe it's a five-star hotel! For outdoor restaurants there is absolutely no design or art. Chairs and even the tablecloth are so ugly! I mean how on the earth the could match red chairs with super yellow table cloth! Food quality is just okay. Out of style waiters with poor communication skill. Such a pity this magnificent mansion is managed by some unprofessional people.

This is definitely well located hotel... you have everywhere close... yet as for 5 star hotel I could claim quality of rooms... they are old and with this typical smell for something really old and not refreshed for a long time... pay attention to the breakfast if you go there at 09:00 am most likely you will not find a free table. Organisation is really bad. Quality of food is very good. Also the internal garden is something worth to visit. I have used swimming pool, sauna and massage... for swimming pool don't expect that you can swimming there it is to small rather for siting then swimming... on the other hand one part is deep around 2,5 meters ;) you could do some water jumping if that wouldn't be forbidden 😅. Sauna are really good and massage was excellent... in general I can rekomend this hotel do not expect to much and you will be happy ;)

A terrible experience and left a bad taste in my mouth. Forget the restaurant coz its bad news. My daughter is vegetarian and ordered a Greek salad. It had none of the ingredient ( Tomato , Cucumber, Black Olives and Feta cheese) much to my regret we had to send it back coz it had ( Iceberg lettuce, Radish , Carrots and Cheddar cheese) an embarrassment to say the least coz It was my daughter's 1st visit to Iran. The Koobideh kebab was even worse. The rooms are not clean and very dated. Its the oldest hotel in the world and take a private tour and visit this beautiful hotel but DO NOT STAY there.

Very slow service at reception, room is old and dirty. Beds are tiny and uncomfortable. The worst hotel we stayed in Iran. They don’t deserve 4 star status. Lobby and terrace are the only 2 good things.

Abbasi Hotel is one of the famous and old hotels in Isfahan. It has a really interesting exterior. Palm trees next to the hotel attract attention. The hotel is located in the center of Isfahan and for this reason it looks very convenient. Of course, most of the time the surrounding streets are crowded. However, most domestic and foreign tourists choose this hotel to stay in Isfahan.

The good: it's a really nice, old hotel located perfectly for you to visit around. The tea house is amazing: the staff is nice, the saffron ice cream and tea is SO good and I would just stay in that courtyard indefinitely. The breakfast buffet is very varied. The less good: not sure the rest of staff at the restaurant and reception are the same as the tea house. We were often ignored for long periods of time for no reason that we could understand (too busy / short on staff maybe?, problem with the app at the restaurant?, we didn't get it and no one cared to explain). I would skip the fast food restaurant which does not offer any tasty food in my opinion. For such a big hotel I would think the food should be better and freshly cooked.

This hotel is located on Amadgah Street in Isfahan and its special location makes it possible for you to go to the best entertainment centers in Isfahan in a short time. Hasht Behesht Palace, Naghsh Jahan Square, 33 Bridges and Isfahan Bazaar are some of the sights around this hotel. In addition, the interior of the hotel is like a monument that you can see around the corner. This hotel is actually one of the tourist attractions of Isfahan. High standard hotel, claiming to be the oldest hotel in the world 😉, one can visit Abasi and enjoy the hight level service and architecture originated from the caravansérail times. One can visit the barbershop and the small boutiques. It's also possible to visit this nice place just for an aash, which is very tasty and fairly priced.

//Some rooms are smoke free//.Probably the most amazing hotel experience you could get in Iran. The great vibe and fabulous architecture is the best, but the management, food, staff and services are NIGHTMARE and is more like a 2 star hotel. should visit this hotel for its amazing cultural - architectural experience but don't expect any 5 star service quality.

I would have given zero star, I was really looking forward to stay in this famous hotel in Isfahan. First parking is terrible. Both the parking entrance and also space in the parking is so limited. Expected way much better entrance or at least provide valet parking service. Rooms are not really in level of a 5 star hotel. Ordered room service and and food quality was not really that good.

Excellent hotel, at walking distance of many of Isfahan's most famous historical landmarks and buildings. Good Stuff: the central garden is absolutely gorgeous. The room was very spacious (with a lovely balcony overseeing the garden), as was the bathroom. The sports club (pool+saunas+gym complex) was pretty good. Hotel Wi-Fi was AMAZING, the best internet I've used in Iran so far. Laundry service was quick and efficient. Food-wise, the fast food restaurant was good, with very tasty pizza options. Not So Good Stuff: breakfast options were so-so. Room cleaning service was kinda meh (it was obvious that either didn't vacuum the room or did a poor job at it). Bad Stuff: very, very few outlets in the room, making recharging multiple electronic devices at the same time kinda awkward (also, no outlet near the beds or nightstand, for charging phones overnight). The regular restaurant was pretty atrocious, most food came shrink-wrapped, and when it came to hot dishes it was glaringly obvious the kitchen was just reheating everything, probably in a microwave. Finally, the bed pillows on the hotel beds were hard as rocks, really uncomfortable.

Abbasi hotel is definitely one of the best traditional hotels in Iran. It has an awesome lobby and lots of beautiful rooms and halls. the walls and ceilings are covered by many small pieces of mirror and they are painted in an eye catching way. I chose this hotel for a two-night stay in Isfahan, in disbelief my guest, who was of course my mother, was not allowed to enter my room for a few hours. At the same time, the police treated me with a demanding and complaining tone, which was wrong!! I even asked to pay extra for the guest, but they still did not allow it. I am really sorry and upset about this treatment and I do not accept this behavior from the so-called five-star hotel in any way.

The location was really good for visiting tourism places. The hotel itself had a tour for sightseeing the traditional rooms they made for tourists. It had a beautiful garden if you are into taking pictures and such. Overall the hotel was lovely and really welcoming.
