The
Azadegan
Tea
House
is
a
bit
difficult
to
find.
The
entrance
is
not
obviously
marked
and
one
of
the
streets
that
lead
to
it
is
not
shown
on
the
map.
It
is
not
possible
to
make
reservations.
The
waiting
time
is
also
quite
long,
especially
during
the
high
season.
I
had
to
wait
more
than
one
hour
for
a
table
for
one.
I’m
told
it’s
not
usually
this
bad.
This
is
not
a
big
issue
however,
because
you
can
use
this
time
to
explore
the
bazaar.
The
restaurant
itself
is
quite
pretty
and
unique,
with
rows
of
antique
swords,
axes,
rifles,
pots
and
pictures
hanging
from
the
ceiling
and
walls.
The
seating
is
not
comfortable,
and
the
room
is
crowded.
It’s
not
possible
to
lean
back,
because
you
might
hit
something.
The
food
is
good
overall.
I
had
the
chicken
Kabab
which
was
tasty
but
not
outstanding.
The
food
is
usually
served
with
the
traditional
beverage
“dooq“
which
was
quite
delicious.
Overall
I
would
recommend
a
short
stop
here
to
travelers,
preferably
in
the
off
season.
The
restaurant’s
decor
is
not
something
to
miss
in
Isfahan.
