The ICU room which should be highly isolated and super clean is accepting via the normal visitors results in transferring the diseases in to the ICU. The less number of nurses meaning 10 patients controlled only by one nurse. The X-ray room is not for 24 hours. Patients need to wait so long to contact the on-call person responsible for the X-ray room to come back to the hospital. There is only one person to change the cloths of the patients therefore the relatives of the patient need to help as well. Mostly specially activities need to done by specialist or nurse are given to the relatives of patient which might be mistaken as: doing suction from the noise or giving food with the tube connection to the stomach.

Poor management in all stations especially in ICU. After surgery follow up is out of question.

I have had too terrible experience there. I’ve spent 18 days and nights taking care of my dad hospitalized there. There was not enough staff, nurses, and physicians, no significant cares for patients. lack of accurate medical equipments and instruments. Very rude and irresponsible staff! We asked them to take better services but nobody cared. Even the pharmacy did not provide even very simple medical supply.

It does have a drug store and it's convenient to buy and they're nice to patients

Nice place with high level doctors and new building made by European methods. Have vip rooms and ct scan and surgery rooms but some place and health centres not started yet. Some services at night or in holidays not available.
