To be honest this place exceeded my expectations especially for the price point. The place is around 8 minutes walking distance from Taksim square. The pricing is very competitive and I was reluctant to book in the beginning because I've had a lot of bad experiences with affordable stays before. The pictures are accurate, the staff are very helpful (one of them knows Arabic which made things very easy for us). The rooms where very clean and the bathroom was a lot better than I expected. Moreover, there is a kitchenette in the room which was very helpful if you wanted to cook some quick meals.

We were surprised how good this hotel was for this price point: The rooms are in good condition and are cleaned everyday. The position is perfect if you want to visit the highlights of Istanbul. It's only 8 min to walk to the next Metro-/Bus station and shopping/eating possibilities are nearby. The staff wax exceptionell nice and welcoming and when we were waiting for our room to check-in we were even served free tea and water. I would totally recommend this hotel without restrictions.

I really like the room. It was clean, light. There were all necessary things. The balcony is my love with awesome view to the city! But the street to the hotel seems a little dangerous in the night

This hotel is located near Taksim Square. The room is so clean and big enough and the staff are so friendly and nice specially Monir mohammad mostafa which helped us a lot during our trip. He can speak English very well. I definitely recommend it to everyone who are interested to live near taksim square because it us so cheap and clean with freindly staff.

It was a good experience, the receptionist was a kind and polite man and help me so much, rooms were so clean. I was there for two days, this is near to Taksim square and global VAC

+ friendly staffs + Rooms (apartments/suites) were clean, new and pretty big + Quiet area + Pretty close to Taksim square + All facilities (TV, safety box, hob, kettle, radiator, hair dryer, etc) in the room worked properly + Safety box is big enough for one or two big laptops and other electronic devices. + Some kitchen facilities like plate, bowl, spoon, fork, knife,...were available. + All towels were changed every day and all bed sheets were changed every two days. + The hotel isn't crowded. It sounds safe. - Neighborhood seems poor and not so clean - Internet was very slow.

· An absolutely amazing stay in Istanbul! Siam, the manager, was so kind and helpful and even let us have a very late check out as we waited for our overnight train. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The property is very close to Taksim square (less than 10 minute walk). The property was very spacious, clean, and comfortable and every detail was thought out! It was the perfect place to stay for a few days in Istanbul.

We were in this hotel for 10 nights. It was really one of the best suites I went to, the behavior of the staff was good, the owner of the suites had a good behavior and provided our requests easily. The rooms are clean and have high-speed internet. The only problem is related to the location of the suite, which is on a steep street. If I want to go to Istanbul again, I will definitely choose again.

The hotel is fine and the host Ismael is great. Be warned that it is in a very steep/hilly street in a run-down alley with no Google Street View reference. Its about a 12 minute walk to Taksim station

If you wanna to live far from the tourism but still central and next to local people, then you will love this place. However it is a little bit loud, but you get to used to it. We booked the standard suite for a fair price. The room is big and very clean and the services good.

The staff were really nice. They had the rooms cleaned daily however, the sewage system in this area must be terrible. There was a constant smell of communal toilets in the WC. The rooms were decent. Nice and spacious. Kept fairly clean. However, the area is terrible. It’s in between two of Istanbul's most dangerous areas. I wouldn’t recommend staying in the area if you’re solo. I found out that it’s dangerous after I mentioned to a friend in Istanbul where I stayed. It’s a cheap stay. The staff are nice but it’s not a pleasant area.

Very clean room with all the amenities you need for vacation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel It is very close to taksim square and metro station.

You may think that it is close to Taksim, but note that you have to walk up a very steep slope to the square every time, which is very difficult in cold and rainy days. It’s not recommended for solo travellers at all.
