As a german I can say, that the food is excellent and outside of germany I have never had better, and more authentic german food than here. They also sell tap-beer from BitBurger. And the staff is nice and competent.

Fairly expensive, traditional German fare restaurant, with most dishes on the heavy side. The owner Noda-san is the kitchen chief while his wife is an enormously attentive chef de salle. They deserve high praise for going way beyond the potato and sausage stereotype which makes most other wannabe "German" restaurants in Tokyo terribly boring. They also have an impressive wine list. As a matter of fact, if it's only German beer that you're after, you don't need to pay their hefty prices. But when it comes to German wines, together with highly knowledgeable advice, authentic atmosphere and tasteful cuisine, the Einhorn is the place to visit.

The best German restaurant in Tokyo. Well prepared food, often seasonal adjusted, friendly staff and always interesting pictures on the walls from various artists

Lunch visited JPY1,700~ It looks like it's a very popular German restaurant and even on weekdays for lunch time, it's better to make a reservation. Ordered the Currywurst and the taste was more sophisticated and juicy!

Authentic German food according to my German colleague. Went there for lunch and got the roll cabbage and the sausage mix plate. Everything was good! A tad pricey, but worth it for authenticity, taste and service.

Very authentic German restaurant. Not the usual sort of curry wurst with sauerkraut and beer - certainly much more classy, with several unique dishes on the menu. The service was amazing and very attentive, the food was delicious. The desert was also fantastic, so all in all - we will definitely visit again.

Best (southern) German food I've had outside of Germany. The service and the chef are also extremely nice and welcoming.
