I'm just leaving that place with such a bad experience. I asked for to eggs over easy and the lady didn't know what is that. I, nicely and RESPECTFULLY explained how to make then and even sugested her to check on Youtube. Every was perfect until she brought 2 well done eggs. I said, sorry you over cooked then. She inmediately asked "do you wan't your money back" and got so angry. There were to more people there and saw and heard when she said to me "if you don't like them go home a make it yourself". THA WAS A DISRISPECT. THAT IS UNADMISSIBLE. I KNOW THAT RESTAURAT FOR OVER 20 YEARS SINCE IT WAS IN KENNEDY BLVD. I KNOW THE OWNER and I think he doesn't know about the terrible treatment this person gives to customers. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. BTW, look who and in what conditions (see hair) was at the register.

Horrible experience! The food was ok until I almost puked when I realized how unclean the place was and unsanitary. The staff was mediocre and had a bad attitude. I saw a dead roach the size of a water bug next to the unstable table I sat on. The place should be closed down by the city. This place is a no go and I would not recommend it to anyone.

do not ever go there me and my manager went there for lunch today we had there porkchops and 1 hour later felt nautios dizzy and vommiting we had to go to the hospital and was diagnosed with food posioning ....

Food was overpriced, they gave me very little and the girl who served the food was very rude. Try to avoid this place. Giving them one star is being too kind.

Fast and delicious Dominican 🇩🇴 meals, the beef stew was particularly tender and flavorful. Excellent place for a fast wholesome meal on the way to or from Journal Square and the woman who runs the place is very kind and helpful.

I've tried many Dominican places in the area and have always been disappointed. Mister Gusto is the only one I've found that's actually worth while. My only complaint is I wish they had stewed pork, not just shoulder. But everything I did get was delicious. They're definitely worth a visit.
