I’ll give ten stars if possible. As students from Rhode Island, we don’t have White Castle restaurants and what we know about White Castle is only frozen sliders that can be seen in local grocery stores which I have no interest and also dare not to try. I personally heard about White Castle from the 1977 movie Saturday Night Fever starring John Travolta, and always wanna give it a try. We are so glad to see a White Castle restaurant on our road trip to NYC, the staff here is super friendly and even the customers here are willing to share their thought about the NJ favorite hamburger chain. Great dining experience. Will def come back if possible!

When I am in New Jersey I like having White Castle hamburgers or beef sliders.  They are small, just 2x2 square beef patties in a bun with onions and a pickle. The beef patties have 5 holes so that it is easy to steam grill. It is 100% beef and well seasoned and tastes so enjoyably good. My sister in law like buying the box of White Castle Night Crave Clutch containing 20 beef sliders and the family gets to finish them in no time. Their onion rings are also good.

We all know these are some of the best burgers in Jersey. Watch out though they hit hard hahahaha. Leaving this review because the workers there despite the fast paste enviornem are always happy, courteous and friendly. Make you feel appreciated and welcomed. Not easy to come by in Jersey. I just visit this place the food is too good but the employees dont know how to talk with customer i visited at around 4'o clock in the morning and its 24/7 store and there is no poster or update that the door is close after 10 pm in the night and we have to order only from drivethrough so first time i came back and take my car after that i ordered and pay the amount and after 10 minute waiting they told me we dont have some items so you have to replace the order and particular the black guy with the mask his height may be 5.7 or shorter who dont give us money back and dont give us bill receite too, and he said this is our policy. After that if customer wanna talk with manager they dont share contact details even manager is there but he dont came in front of customer. So my request is that if you find any other place for food please make you go there spend more $5-$10 dollars and get better employee reactions. I also upload some photos they dont even inform that main door is close pr any related information.

Ordered from Uber Eats, 3 of the 6 items i ordered were missing. I called and spoke with a manager and she told me there was nothing she could do. I get it, but not even a sorry. I will never go back to this place, they can't even check if an order is complete. A d the food I did get was cold and hard, sliders shouldn't be hard.

In a competitive field where consumers have many options, this place, unfortunately, is dead last. I like White Castle but this particular location has very slow service and has been like this for a while. You’d think that whoever manages this place would see the reviews and try to correct issues but I guess not. Service and accuracy of service is horrible

Full of regret. Didn't even finish what I purchased. Onion rings taste like nothing but soulless crunch and oil. Burgers are just soft ketchup and cheese pillows. Flavorless. Don't watch Harold and Kumar and get fooled. Go to the original burger joint, white mana burger, that this is inspired by down the road on 1&9.

One of the BEST burgers! Great food. Onion rings also good. This buger place I would highly recommend. They service is fast and food is delicious!

I recently visited this White Castle drive thru and had a frustrating experience. While ordering, the employees were too focused on their own conversation to correctly hear my order, and I ended up only receiving a meal and a coke instead of the meal, a coke, and a milkshake that I had requested. When I brought this mistake to the attention of the staff at the check out, they instructed me to go back to the end of the drive thru line to wait and place my order again. The lack of customer service and poor handling of the situation was a disappointment and I would not recommend this location.

I've been eating at this White Castle location since the late 80s. The food is excellent, especially the original slider. I buy an original 10 sack every time I visit Jersey City. The employees are fast,accurate, and courteous. The location is very clean. A rare 5 star rating.

Classic White Castle. Staffs are very nice and pleasant in taking orders, and were patient unlike the most fast food workers. The sliders are as delicious as i remember them. Dont make it your regular diet, but I have them annually whe the craving becomes unbearable.

Didn't listen to the directions I asked them to make the burgers. Considering all I asked for was extra pickles, they put ketchup on all of the burgers instead of extra pickles. Luckily I'm a fan of ketchup. Just not on my white castle burgers. Which I now know isn't good together

So the fam always stop here on our way home from Hoboken and this is the same one we go to since my grub stage. I got 40 sliders that did us justice. Untill next time 🤙🏼

Came here because I got a FREE 4 slider meal! Download the app if you haven’t. It was good and almost FREE! I ordered larger fries with cheese and milkshake, instead of small fries/drink so it increased the price to $4 total.

Nice place with low cost food options. The burgers are good and worthy to try. One can make these burgers as vegetarian without eggs too after informing the front desk what you are looking for. Veggie slider is great option too.

Completely waste staff they have Actually, we have ordered food from mobile order so we are waiting outside. So we thought it's gonna take time we went to beside store to see like 10 mins that's it they towed our car. It's not reasonable to do such thing on their customers and earning money on these type of things.

The food was good, just the right amount of everything. Mozzarella sticks are always, ALWAYS official. Sometimes I feel like people have short fuses. I mean, you have to keep in mind not everyone is cool, calm and sound of mind. (Not that there's anything wrong with that.) So, before giving your order say ; ' Hello, show them to same respect you'd like to be given. ' And with that, I praise everyone that works at W.C. , I greatly appreciate them and the taste of their work.

The food was so delicious and fresh!!! I mean the burgers, cheese fries and chicken rings so so good!!! It was hot and fresh. Also the the service was quick and not a long wait. The cashier also greeted us very nice! Honestly best White Castle around!

Ordered two bacon egg & cheese and one sausage egg an cheese. Sausage was completely charred. Never, ever have I received a sausage like that. It was black, hard and like I said completely charred. When I complained to the manager I got the sense that he was complacent.

The service was excellent, our counter attendant was very helpful she was very cordial and it's very much appreciated, in a time when service in the fast food industry is horrible and lacking.

Been eating here throughout the yrs since I was little.. ate a number 1 yesterday and less than 2 hours later the puking wouldn't stop.. food poisoning sucks..

Everything is pretty standard for a white castle but they still haven't opened back to 24 hours while every other one I know of has.

My family and I were there on vacation. We really wanted White Castle since there isn’t one anywhere near where we live. Food was good and hot. Order was pretty quick. Getting there from our hotel wasn’t a problem except the traffic.

Harold and Kumar didn't have to go far. They could've just gone here. Usually a good meal. Once their fries and onion rings had the flavor of grease like they burnt something in the fryer and just kept using the oil. For the most part, they get the order right and are prompt.

I tried this place before with my friend and I am addicted since then. I loved the awesome atmosphere and tasty dishes and drinks. Highly recommended.

The service is usually fairly quick, sometimes the drive thru can get packed but whether your inside or at drive thru, they usually get your order out fairly quickly, haven't had any major issues with this location
