Google says place is 24 hrs on Friday and Saturday but they are not. I enjoyed watching the donuts being made behind the glass. They have a much larger selection of donuts than Krispy Kreme at Penn Station. But if you live in NYC, it doesn't pay to go into NJ just to get Krispy Kreme. Because driving back into NYC will cost you $15 for Holland Tunnel toll. But I enjoyed my one-time experience :)

Fun hip vibe to this donut shop. It's located at the heart of Grove St so location wise, 5 stars. The service was good. People were friendly and lots of donut selections. The donut itself was just ok. Honestly I didn't think it was anything special. It tasted exactly as it was...a donut. Would I come out of my way to come here for a donut. Nope.

I’ve never had fresh or warm donuts here before. Staff is incredibly nice. Location is clean. But if I wanted cold Krispy Kreme donuts, I’d get them from the grocery store…

On Mother’s Day after 35 years I decided to have go into the Kripotos Kreme donuts store and purchased 2 of their donuts. The one that I ended up with had very little, I mean very little filling in it. So I was a bit disappointed. The one that my husband had was better filled. Their service was good and the staff were very polite.

Clean modern location, staff were nice enough, but donuts are too sweet for my tastes. The sour cream and chocolate cake were the best in my opinion. Overall, they are a nice, very occasional treat.

Recommend to sign up for member before getting the order! The donuts are a lightly smaller than I imagined and smaller than Dunkin’s- so will be nice choice if you want smaller sweets!

I had a chocolate filled Donut and I loved it!! There are power outlet everywhere. BUT… the restroom was very dirty :(

Tried the cinnamon roll, Apple fritter, and the chocolate cake doughnut. The chocolate cake doughnut was my favorite but the other two were alright since I’ve had much better ones elsewhere. Friendly service and nice decor inside

I love krispy kreme and this place is definitely my ideal spot to buy doughnuts. I think their doughnuts are better than Dunkin doughnuts. Ever since I tried Krispy kreme for the first time years back, I had never turned my back on them ! This Krispy Kreme store delivers exceptional service, regarding customer service/satisfaction. I recently visited this Krispy Kreme store and overall had a positive experience. The latte was good and reasonably priced, and the donuts were delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive. The only downside I noticed was that the table we sat on was not wiped down frequently enough, and there were crumbs and stains on the surfaces. Other than that, I'd recommend giving them a try.

Krispy Kreme’s donuts are light and airy, but they’re tiny and overwhelmingly sweet. Instead of the flavor, all you taste is pure white sugar which is disappointing.

Cheesecake donut was good but original glazed frozen latte was too sweet for me to finish even small sized drink 😝

It’s not great coming to a Krispy Kreme in a highly favorable area in Jersey City and to have the incorrect hours that they provide to put your sweet mood into nothing. If you’re not going to be open for the valuable patrons in the forever growing Jersey City, you could at least provide the right hours….

A little bit of sweetness, freshness, and lots of varieties in flavors. You can't miss this Krispy Kreme in Jersey City. Took home a box of the original flavor. So good, we often don't ho for other options because original is always the best. Always fresh and soft to chew into, you'll want to crave more. Jersey City can be tricky, too, with parking. Be cautious while heading over.

who doesn't love this place I walked put with 2 dozens of different donuts all amazing. my favorite was the glaze donut with little wholes of cream in it and icing swirled don't know the name but absolutely delicious 😋

Good donuts, but if you order one of the seasonal specialty boxes they usually substitute some of the special donuts out of the box because they don't actually have them.

Huge selection of different donuts. Best thing is you can see how it's made as it passes through the conveyor belt in a separate glass enclosed room visible to visiting customers.

Location is super convenient, right across the street from Grove St Path Station. Clean exterior and interior. Service was ok, cashier may or may not have even said 5 words. But was efficient. Donuts are exactly what you would expect from Krispy Kreme. The reason for 3* is about value. $19 something after tax for a dozen mixed donuts just seems too high. $2/ea basically. This is one of those "it's fine if you go places", but expect to spend $15-$20 for a dozen. One catch though, I got a survey on my receipt for BOGO dozen, much better price.

I'm glad Krispy Kreme has made it's way up north over the years. I remember having it pretty regularly when I was younger living in North Carolina. So, whenever I stop by in Jersey City I usually make it a point to come here. The donuts are solid, fresh, and the service has always been fast.

They offer a great variety of selection. But parking is a big issue here. It seems they don’t have a parking lot. And the donuts did tasted a little too sweet. But overall quite nice.

Great place. If you get there early enough you can set them make the donuts.

I was trying to locate certain doughnuts, and either the NY stores didn't have them and others didn't answer the phone. I was able to locate the doughnuts online in Jersey City after paying tolls to JC and back to Brooklyn, I was disappointed because I didn't get what I asked for. Tried calling the store but no one seems to pickup.

Great place, great service and great selection of donuts!!! Took my granddaughter here for a sweet tooth fix and it was right on time!

This Krispy Kreme location is super convenient if you’re traveling through, live or work in the area although parking can be challenging. Spacious and clean dining space with friendly and efficient service. Entrance has a handicap accessible ramp next to a patio dining area.

Fresh donuts..wish I could have got st8ght out the oven..but with the glased..you can always put in the microwave for 20 sec and it will dissolve in your mouth..
