Cool location to meet with coworkers. There was fast, efficient, and courteous service. The prices are well within reason for the quality. I can see why they have a lot of good reviews.

Hello to all excellent subway location! parking is key in jerseycity nj this locaton has a few but very convenient i am teacher so this subway is go to place bready always fresh even i read one review saying about cheese i got good experience with the staff they always been good so never mind one person saying ? they always so polite to give you even extras veggies with smile.. very friendly employee....

First of all open for 24 hours! Very convenient specially at night I work midnight shift coming from work at middle of the night Staff is very cooperative I recommend 5 star

Terrible customer service. I wanted an item added to my salad the server refused saying it wouldn’t be taste good with my salad.. I requested it and said I do not mind if there’s an extra charge. Shut this place down.

Great area to buy subway. My mother loves coming here to get her tuna sandwich and me for the meatball sub. Everything here is fresh, the staff are nice, and I love try their combos. The view is near JQ and it great to diet like me. I just hit the gym and eat subway and met my calorie count. Overall 5/5

Ever since COVID it's like we reached the end. $17. For a foot long meatball water& 2 cookies, And I feel everyone working in the food service atmosphere should speak fair/ understandable English. I never get my whole order correct anymore, giving the benefit of doubt.

They gave me a raw BLT sandwich. The bacon was raw. They reheated it for me just the bacon. But this shouldn’t be happening. You should check the sandwich before you give to customer.

I bought food from them , it’s looked 24H store , but I try to use their Bathroom they are not allowed me to use bathroom, it’s shame

Nice place. They have all the ingredients you will find at a subway. They accept coupons and aren't rude. There soda machine works, and they have a cozy dining room for such a compact subway. Would recommend.

Was sad because they closed before 9 when their hours on the store said 9pm close..I hate being that customer but I hadn't eaten all day and I so badly wanted subway as its one of the only places open but they shut down and didn't lock up so I opened the door only to be turned away..

This used to be a great location years ago, customer service has gone way down. They selectively let guests use the restroom when they please as well. Ordered a pickup online, and 35 mins later I am still waiting even though I received a notification 10 mins ago that my order was ready.

first of all this are the best location in the jerseycity parking is limited but you always get easy in easy out with this pandemic they are open and serving i am leaving in this are on about last 30 years i know them as they open the owner patel is always there with this unprecedented time .. he work him self with one person try to help this community god bless with him and his family small but clean sandwich place very freash ..

Great location parking upfront i go twice a week cause i work in the area.when i get i chance this subway is my first choice . very quick with service in and out i ask employee to put more onion and i love black olive they did without asking more then enough. i recommended a 5 star the both girls working there very nice.. good job..
