Hotel is quiet with free internet wifi.  Rooms are comfortable with coffee maker and free wifi internet. You may need to follow up with housekeeping for daily roomservice. Hotel has reasturant in 2nd floor which provides daily 3 meals service (small open buffet). Staff in hotel are friendly and responsive. There is direct access to shopping mall is available in ground floor.

The Hotel Representative Sohail is amazing. Have my key ready prior to the arrival and the welcome snack is much appreciated. Hospitality and services are excellent. Great breakfast buffet and spacious room. This hotel customer services really stood out!

Business Stay Positives: Designs and decoration. Location (easy to get there and connected to the mall). Helpful friendly staff. Easy quick checking-in and out. Housekeeping and cleanness. Comfortable beds. Available car parking. Visual screening for COVID19. Areas of Improvement: Expensive. Restaurant breakfast items need to be more healthy choices.

The room has bugs 🐛 😑, not clean ,the laundry cost unbelievable with compare with intercontinental it was double time for intercontinental, breakfast was not good 😐

Having an amazing experience at this Hotel!!!! This is a must visit when you come to this area - hands down the best Hotel in Jazan. Marriot should be proud of the people who work here as the service is excellent. We were able to experience the amazing food presented by Executive Chef Sunder Chand and his team.

Excellent professional staff that were supportive in many cases. The room, although being a smoking room, was very clean and tidy with no smells and signs of tardiness. All in all, a Marriott branch almost never disappoints.
