We stopped to eat at this place. As a local it is well organized, but I will now explain why only a few stars. We sat down and asked for a drink, we ordered a drink before we started eating and after the beer, but the drink was brought along with the beer. Okay, ok you can get confused, that wasn't the problem. But the problem is that with few people sitting down to eat, we had to wait more than an hour for food. The waitress came to apologize saying that in the kitchen they had lost the paper with our order. But what we were very sorry is that it was not done immediately, the waitress did not come to us immediately to say this, but instead an hour passed. She walked around the tables and she didn't calculate it. People came, sat down and they ate immediately and we still didn't get anything out. Nobody asked anything, an hour passed and we were there. I didn't like this and the food that came later came overcooked and hard. It was not a good experience for us.

I’ve gone to the Brauhaus many times over the years and even though it’s very popular, it’s always just okay to me. The menu and beer has stayed the same for all of these years. The food is fine, but nothing that really wants me coming back for more. The tables are packed in tightly and they squeeze 4 chairs around one small table, it’s difficult for everyone to have a place for their food and drinks. The service is okay, take your order, bring your food and they’re done…Not coming back to see how things are and have to flag someone down to get another drink.

Nice place, typically local beer. Some of it produced specifically for this place. Good local food. Efficient service. We were a bit unlucky, because the guy on the next table was overly drunk, but that is if course not the fault of the place.

This was my first time visiting Germany and I’m so glad that my coworkers found this spot!! The staff here is extremely helpful and food the is absolutely amazing. If your looking for a good place that has good food and good beer this is the place for you…

Great place for my first dinner is Germany! There was a whole vegetarian section of the menu and I loved the KÄSESPÄTZLE which came with a side salad. Definitely check it out if you’re in the area.

I am leaving this review for the waiter, our was very good to us. I like the way he handled the problems that we had, he solved the situation for us by offering the beverages. The waiter deserves 5 stars. Not the food, not the kitchen not the cleaner of the bathrooms.

Obviously a popular place. Nice terrace outside. Their own beer wasn’t quite what we were expecting. Bar food, nothing special on the menu.

Nice place to have dinner and drinks with friends. They have variety of classic german options and the portions are good. Beers are also nice. The place is quite big including an interior terrasse. It get's really crowded around dinner time so if you are a big group I recommend to book in advanced. Prices okey. Recommended if you are around the center.

Delicious food, great service, zero complaints. Waitress was the best with a wonderful sense of humor and delightful. Fairly traditional German menu. The Brewhaus Schnitzle was the best, I had the fries but would recommend the fried potatoes.. Great place to watch people and eat a huge meal.

Excellent German food and beer. Location great for people watching, especially when you grab an outside table. Staff was very friendly and helpful with orders. Staff was also proud that the Brauhaus brewed their own beer instead of using others.

I was by myself on a beautiful, mild evening and even though they were busy, shortly after I sat down, Willy came to take my order. I asked for the Tuna salad, the German version of salad Nicoise (hold the onions and olives, please) along with a dry red wine. My salad arrived perfectly, accompanied by a delicious mustard-based dressing and it was a large portion, absolutely delicious! Thank you Willy for fabulous service! w

Food looked great on pictures, and the dishes with food passing by while i was sitting on the terrace looked great too. But having diner there the guy that served us looked bored. Did not even ask how i wanted my steak so i got a well done steak while i prefer rare or medium. The roast beef salad did not even look like roasted beef and it was also well done some kind of meat. I had my food while my wife had to wait for her food for at least 10 minutes. Service not good. Thats why only 2 stars

After a long tour in downtown Kaiserslautern, our tour guide, bring us here to have lunch, The food serving is huge!! I couldn't finish my food at all. It was really good though. I will definitely bring my family here. I you are looking for german food, this place must put on your list.

After eating here twice now, this is a fairly average restaurant when it comes to their food. It's not the worst, but not the best. The schnitzel was dry and very tough. The breading was done a little too much and scrapped the roof of my mouth a little. The beer is tasty, and the service is average. Overall, I would come back f9r some of their brewed beers, but not so much for the food.
