It was Royal families personal residential palace. Cause former kings stayed @Narayanhiti Royal palace but some members living in Normal Niwas . When King destroyed after that King Gyanendra bir Bikram sah n queen Komal sah hole family living here including crown prince Paras sah also living in Nirmal Niwas . Is Nearest of American Embassy . It is located @ Maharajgunj Kathmandu Nepal.
