My husband was at the club with his friends at one 1:30 at night I went to pick him up, when I got there the body guards at the door treated me with disrespect and used a bad language that's not polite with me I asked them very nicely to talk to me with respect one of them said ok I paid the far and I thanked him he gave me the change and used again the the same language I politely asked him not to use with me. I DID NOT LIKE THAT AT ALL i felt it was not professional at all those guys job is to make sure everything go smooth n make sure people and the place is safe not provoke people and disrespect them. I started walking downstairs and one of them grabbed my arm and asked me why are you mad I said I did not like how he talked to me that's all. And went Downstairs. I looked upset at that point my husband knew that something was wrong I told him what happened n we were leaving he thought he could make a complaint like we do in USA. It's a normal thing there you don't like something you complain he asked who's in change some nice guy came told him what happened n he was walking us outside then the other body guards all came toward us at the door and OH MY GOD IT WAS A SEEN FROM A GANG MOVIE no respect at all to clients we were called really bad words we got pushed around kick out it was four of them treated us really bad one of them had a wooden stick like a baseball bat. I felt we were gonna get beaten that night. My husband is a business owner and a well respected man in New York I my self a restaurant bar owner i know this business very well my employees will never be able to disrespect customers like this. The owner of this place needs to know what's going on at his place. My husband felt so disrespected frustrated he couldn't do much to defend me me he was against 4 motcho men. Me and him end up going to the police station and made a police report against those guys. Am contacting the us embassy and am not stopping there. We did not deserve the treatment.

The hotel was renovated and is now much better than what the bad reviews from 2016 suggested. Very halls and room are very clean, the bed is very comfortable, but the windows and door do not cancel outside noise that much. I didn't like the breakfast that much as there was little variety to it, but it does the job. The staff is very friendly and helpful like you would expect from a hotel personnel.

Was surely once upon a time an excellent hotel. Not so nice anymore. But clean and good and spacious beds. Plus is in the center. Some good restaurants around. 45Eur. Not expensive.

My friend gave them the money, but they still refused to let us in. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable and left a very bad impression on our experience at the bar. I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this establishment due to the unethical conduct of the security staff.

Poor service the waiter by the pool was not interested and rudely took our order

I attempted to stay at a few other locations. All information on Google maps and Facebook on other hotels in Kenitra was incorrect. No way to search or locate vacancies for rooms. Was 680 Moroccan Dirhams or $63.00 US. The room was large & clean. Large shower area in bathroom, area between Western toilet and bidet was very cramped. A large person would have a problem. The air conditioning didn't work the first two days but was on and working good on day three. The television had six channels, five Arabic or French. One channel the Big Blue 2 US MOVIES only English speaking channel, stuck on a picture with the audio of the shows playing (radio). I reported it to front desk, was rewarded by someone deleting it from the television. The Wi-Fi was strong. This is NO WAY a $63.00 room in any country. Maximum $40.00 if television had many more channels. Also building exits are not marked with international signage. Ensure your escape route. Also the bar is very active in this Muslim country. Beware!!
