I spent a night there. New and nicely decorated. Rooms are spacious and extremely clean. Breakfast with crepes and pancakes. Professional and efficient staff. Close to the river and some nice restaurants. Definitely recommended. European standards.

Well I like creating the design but the reception handling is not good enough and I found some bugs and rats and that was disgusting, by the way I hope you will be better for us as loyal customers

I stayed two weeks in this location . Everything above expectation . Clean nice rooms with nice lighting . The beakfast, amazing. The personal is very kind and profesional. You will fell wellcomed everytime you enter the hotel. The location is at 15 minutes walk from trainstation from which you can take the fast train to Tanger or Marakesh.

Great hotel! The Hotel is located right in the middle of Kenitra, close to everything, which is great! It’s also right next to the police station, which makes it very safe to park the car in front of the hotel if their parking is full. We had some complications with the booking in the beginning: we booked 3 rooms but there were only 2 rooms available.. I cannot describe how helpful the lady at the front desk was! She helped us find a solution, with a positive attitude! (I wish I knew her name) The breakfast was nice and fresh! The service was unbelievable great! They provided us with comfort and kindness. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to everyone interested in visiting Kenitra!

Ambience was good. Rooms were good. Restaurants was fine. But the maintenance of the room was not that good.

Despite being classified as a 3-star hotel, Eden Boutique Hotel easily outshines many 4 and even 5-star establishments I've stayed in before in terms of comfort and service. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and meticulously clean. The attention to detail in the room's decor and furnishings was evident, creating an inviting and luxurious ambiance. The hotel's breakfast served and with a diverse menu that catered to various tastes. Moreover, the hotel's location was ideal, around 10 min walk away from the station. The only hotels nearby that would compete with this hotel is Urban Hotel & Spa and Hotel Vitality Terminus. If there's one area for suggestion, it would be adjusting the daily rate to be more competitive. This would undoubtedly attract even more guests seeking an unforgettable experience at a reasonable price.
