Amazing hotel, Quiet and cozy, rooms are a bit small but its so good, The prices are good, Service was nice, Location is amazing it's near the train station, I came here on a vacation with my family and we got 2 rooms, The rooms was clean, The balcony view was nice, a smart tv to wach youtube or netflix or whatever you want, The breakfast is free, it begins from 6-10am, The beds are very comfy, There is safe inside the closet, jazz music is in the lobby, The hotel was very calm, I loved this hotel.

I don't understand the great reviews. There is no hot water in the morning for showers (this is day 4 and I mentioned it to receptionist and it's not just my room), the rooms are tiny, and no in room amenities. There is no coffee maker or even a water boiler in the room. I inquired about in room coffee and they brought a coffeemaker... be careful that coffee is not complimentary when I requested more coffee I was informed the reception failed to tell me there is a cost for every coffee. I travel the world for business and there is always complimentary coffee and/or tea in the rooms. Housekeeping will shut off your Air Conditioner and open the curtains so the sun can heat your room all day and the weak AC will not cool the room before bedtime. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel was okay it was clean and safe but short in Comfort and amenities. Rooms were all so very small. Good enough for business travel.

A cozy and comfortable hotel. The rooms may not be very large, but they are clean, tidy and well-maintained. A safe is available in the room. The breakfasts were tasty, but the selection could have been a little wider. Service fast and courteous. 5 stars deserved.

Great location, quick walk to the train station. The building is well maintained and the staff are polite. Still, a bit expensive for the area. Might not include breakfast, depending on where you book through. There is currently a construction next to the building, so noise may be an issue.

This was my second trip to Kenitra for work, and my second time staying at the Terminus. The service is exceptional and the location perfect! While there was an initial issue with the AC, they promptly (within a minute), had maintenance in my room to resolve the issue. The restaurant is also exceptional. The complementary breakfast with an array of fresh and ready, and also made to order options, is also spot on!

before i going there i read the and i think they are good but when i reserved .i get a shock . its bad service room not clen and dust . the recipsioniist doesnt smile .worst service and the room small with stink smell. really was a bad experience .

This is Yasin Tunsi. This hotel has an awesome location. Right across from the new Boraq bullet train. 50 mins from Tangier to Kenitra. I had an excellent room, balcony view, and was always stocked with water and cleaned every day. Staff is well trained in multiple languages, technician onsite, and security outside. If you go there, go eat at the Piano restaurant. Best 3 cheese pizza ever, best breakfast buffet, and the security there will get you a Taxi in a hurry. Big shout out to the staff. I extended twice. Will def use again and again. Funniest part of my vaca is when the orange juice machine broke! Viva La Maroc!

In August 2022 my husband an I were hearty welcomed by Mr. Abdulaziz at the reception he was extremely helpful and always had a smile ready. A delicious breakfast awaited us the next morning .Hotel Vitality Terminus was the best hotel we stayed at in the ca. 3000km we travelled by car . We thank Mr. Abdulaziz and his colleagues working at the desk for their friendliness. 🙋‍♂️

I stayed here in December 2019 and it felt very strange. The hotel was mostly empty and the staff was annoying me about my fiance even visiting my room to help with luggage.

Everyday 3 o clock in the morning wake up, because of the dogs outside. Windows are not so good for noise. Also in the morning you here the sounds out of the speaker

Very underrated gem in my hometown kenitra, I liked it so much that I extended my stay in it . Three criterias that are important in the hotel : cleanliness , comfort and service . I first would like to thank all the reception team the morning shift : Fatima zahra , Simohammed , and the night shift : Majda , Soulaymane and Abdelaziz , whom made me feel at home with their excellent customer service and professionalism. I, secondly would like to thank the restaurant team : Mehdi , Ayman and Mohammed whom always were attending at my every need and I can be very demanding regardless they always very attentive to every and any details . I felt like I was in shangrila resort in Mauritius or the palazzo versace in Dubai both hotels I personnaly stayed at . Kenitra is a very small city where you don’t expect that kind of service however i was suprised and it was beyond my expectations . Lastly , I would like to thank the operations manager Mister Ayoub and the restaurant director Mister Mohammed for their warm welcome and final goodbye . Looking forward to come back and stay there again and it goes without saying I definetly would recommend this hotel !
