Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Let's begin with our arrival; no soap, no waste basket, no hot water- only lukewarm, no workable wifi near the room, the TV screen was broken/smashed and 1 used toilet paper roll with only enough for 2 trips to the bathroom. Then, went to sleep in an uncomfortable bed with minimal bedding sheets and had an extremely rude awakening at 1:30am when we were being eaten alive by mosquitos. My whole face and arms had bites on them and my upper lip had swollen from being bitten by some other creature. I turned the lights on only to notice there were mosquitos all over the walls. I then realized that they had been having a nice feast on my infant daughter. We quickly started killing mosquitos and doused her in bug spray. I stayed on 'mosquito patrol' and to make sure my lip didn't worsen all through the night. I went to the front desk to get ice and which they had to get from their disco-tech bar. The cup of ice smelled like cigarette smoke, but thankfully I had a ziplock to put the ice in. After our rough night and very little sleep, the next morning we saw that the walls were littered with the bodies (and our blood) of so many mosquitos. We thought that maybe breakfast would help us feel a bit more refreshed after the night, big fat nope. The breakfast was not even worth our time to look at; the coffee was ice cold in a carafe, the bread was old, the jam and cheese was sitting in a dish with no ice (just sitting there waiting to be scooped onto a slice of bread). I understand this portrays an attempt at traditional Moroccan buffet style breakfast, but this was poorly done and not appetizing in the least bit. The evening check in staff was very helpful and did his best to polish up a turd and assist us with making us feel at home. He brought us extra blankets, soap, waste bin and tried his best to help with wifi. This is just a crash pad for teenagers or party goers who want privacy away from parents to dance the night away and have a bed to sleep that isn't far away.

We had a very warm welcome and staff did everything to make us feel welcome. The buildings are old, but renovated. Big beds, fairly large rooms. We had an upper floor room where it is quiet. There's a nightclub on the premises, so there's party noice to be hears, but it's negligible at the end of the premises. Breakfast was nice. See photos. Would stay here again.

👍👍 Great hotel! The Hotel is located right in the middle of Kenitra, close to everything, which is great! It’s also right next to the police station, which makes it very safe to park the car in front of the hotel if their parking is full. We had some complications with the booking in the beginning: w...
