I'm going there every weekend since October 2020 , good nice people and warm welcoming.. I've also stayed there recently for 1 month and 20 days. Rooms are really nice compared with price and other hotels same level... The only making the place uncomfortable are the families whom making noise as usual in any place they go, that even bachelors can't live in peace near to them. Those people whome saying it's bad or whatever, better go to 7 stars hotels then you (may) be satisfied with money loss!!

The hotel was nice but the rooms were so tiny and unhygienic. They didn't even have a fridge, fresh towels, toilet paper... the soap bar was already opened...

The bed was made of stones, so whoever picked it just hates people. The bathroom was weird to me because the sink was outside in the seating area and without a mirror! Overall, its an okay place if you have no other choices or looking for cheap prices. Their location is good tho and they do provide a cleaning service which is nice along with a mini market in the lobby which is very helpful at nights.

Place is not awesome, it is not bad but if far away from being your holiday getaway destination. However it is a good option for those travelers how are on a budget and are looking for a place just to rest. Pros: guy at front desk 24/7, clean, great location, affordable prices, comfortable beds. Cons: personally speaking I’m not a fan of bathroom where there’s no separation or boundary between shower, WC and sink so that you will have to wear slippers to take a shower and after you finish the whole bathroom floor is slippery wet.

Good hotel in a new area of Khobar. Very clean area. Burger King and McDonald's pretty close. 15-20 mins from Khobar chorniche. 35-40 mins from Half Moon Beach. We got the hotel really cheap. It was very good for the price. Pretty clean bedding and toilet. TV with Nilesat. Only downside is that there's no sound proofing in the room so you keep hearing the neighbors TV.

Excellent hotel to stay with family good services cheap and better

Very clean, comfortable, cozy, very nice staff. But the only thing I didn't like was the salty water in the bathroom. In conclusion, I would try it again.
