It was a pleasant accomodation, very comfy & nice place. Good housekeeping, friendly staff and great value for money. Special thanks for the staff for their cooperation to quickly correct the company name in the invoice (especially Mr. Ali Albajhan). Keep the good effort 👍

Service is welcome and very helpful however rooms are old and smells humid carpets... even though housekeeping staff is trying hard. Gym is really well equipped, corridors smell good too and breakfast buffet is good but not rich in frech fruits and juices.

Terrible service 1. Arrived at the room, no slippers provided 2. During shower found out no towels available. Had to wait 25mins until the towels arrive 3.It took one hour for laundry to be picked up. 4.Ordered food and missing 3 item from the menu of what I ordered 5. Found hair in my food 6. Food replacement takes forever

We had iftar at the Crystal Restaurant- the food and service was hopeless. Despite reserving a table , they did not had it ready for us and behaviour of staff especially Mr. Abu Nasser (Bangladeshi) was not friendly. I asked more than 3 times for a baby chair as I had a kid with me, but they did not provide nor they confirmed that they will be providing a baby chair. No water was served, no tea and no ghawa. Too much noisy and unorganised staff restaurant to handle customers during weekends.

Unfortunately It wasn’t pleasant experience for me. Staring from unhelpful receptionist when we checked in September 13th. Room lights were very poor. I booked a room for 3 people when I got to the room , there was no bed until I asked and had long trueing conversation with staff to provide me that. Room service take ages to serve. I lost some stuff there and was no help from housekeeping to check that out for me. I won’t visit this branch ever gain and wouldn’t recommend it to my family and friends.

I had the worst iftar experience ever today , i made a reservation for iftar in the main restaurant and it was promoted by hotel before Ramadan with discounted coupons. We arrived before iftar and there was along line at entrance of restaurant, the guy there held people for payment before going inside and ignoring those with coupons. He kept doing that although i stand just in front of him til i got angry, only then he made us pay and allowed us to go inside. Iftar was a complete mess, tables are not ready , no cups ,no napkins , no drinks only one bottle of water shared by 6 persons. The buffet was another disaster, food is so bad , no refills , people are searching for something to eat. After long time , they brought one tray of grills after almost everyone sat down to eat their salads and rice. I can tell that restaurant was obviously overbooked and staff are not ready for those kind of events. I don't intend to go back this place and i don't recommend it to anyone.

Good stay in general, not my first stay but noticed a weird gent at the reception who is not supporting people! Anyways that doesn’t change my view being a nice hotel, easy access to everywhere, nice gym, great restaurant and rich breakfast, fine rooms that can be improved … conditioning needs to be upgraded. Price was average during my stay.. overall .. good place to be 👍

Well,3 stars is enough rating…we stayed one night and we had unfair experience in the restaurant according to the bill that we paid for dinner and breakfast as the buffet needs more selections and the quality of the food ingredient is not suitable for the IHG hotels standard. We do appreciate the employee Messaab in the restaurant for his service and customer caring.

There new rooms are quiet nice & spacious. Breakfast was good as well but could be better. The hotel location is very near to cornish yet away from too busy khobar so you get enjoy your surroundings as well.

I personally really enjoyed there. Not strict and the hotel is comfy all workers are nice and the room was really good I just hope the swimming pool was a litter bigger and that's it thank u holiday Inn corniche Al Khobar 🥰🥰🥰

Old rooms, peeling wallpaper, windows do not open due to lack of maintenance, no hot water to shower and when there is water it comes out brown. For a 4 star hotel this is a long way off but yes a 2 star hotel. The internet is a joke. Bad experience

Place is clean ,staff were accommodating.Only the air-condition little bit hot . But they immediately came to fix the issue.

I have been to several hotels and their service is superb.. the reception can't even help you regarding activities nor the location of their wedding hall.. our activiy has been a disaster because the microphone is not working it has echo.. they can't even fix technical issues.. we started late as well because the laptop and everything else is not set up.. I believe Saudi should really work in their hospitality if they are gearing towards tourism industry

Old, not very clean, dusty rooms, poor service, noise at night from music parties outside the hotel, unserviced and noisy AirCon. Not recommended for people who have allergies to dust and mite. Dirty bed, smelly rooms, old and unusable electric plugs. I see same repetitive comments 8 months ago with no change. Probably they will give same response without any change! I do not understand how it got 4 stars!

I tried the open buffet , The food is normal and maybe below, most of it is cold, quality of food is less than average, all of this can be handled, but there are a lot of flies which is really disgusting and ruin your food, i have counted more than 6 flies on my table. I came again after two months, and the buffet is even worse, all the food is bad quality and cold, no many options, AC is not working, a lot of flies as well.

I am really surprised about the rating of this hotel 4.0 !!! It doesn't deserve even 2 Very old furniture, smelly rooms, very poor breakfast !!! Full review: checked in 29th Jan 2023 at room 147 it was dirty, a sticky spots on the carpet, I have requested the reception team to change the room but simply they said sorry we are fully booked and we can't upgrade the room without an approval from the manager !! they asked me to wait until the boss approve the upgrade, but I have waited the all night without any feedback !! Next day finally they changed the room to 150 but again I suffered from the smell, it suppose to be non-smoking room but the shisha smell is horrible. In addition, to all above the noise from the ground floor Cafe (next to swimming pool) is not soothing you like to hear after a long working day. Moreover, the electrical sockets are not complying with Saudi Arabia standards !! If you don't have an adapter, then you will not be able to charge your mobile/ laptop !! Absolutely NOT recommended at all, This my first stay there and for sure the last stay.

Ordered two pieces of cake and both were ok Tried their mint lemon juice and was amazing. Tried their cocktail juice and wasn’t good at all 👎. They have a nice swimming pools for both kids and adult. Overall experience was very good.

Pleasant hotel but the fit-out is below par. E.g. power sockets are awkward and panels fall off the wall, bathroom flooded every time I had a shower. At check-in I was told this room benefitted from a recent refresh so I don’t know how the others are. Carpark is also a mess

A quiet hotel..not very big but good pla e to spend a night . Gym had only 1 working treadmill. Breakfast was good. Room is fine with view to swimming pool. Overall a good hotel

The place is quite pretty well and food was incredible. I had eat their buffet ,it was really tasty and also they had more than enough food variety. Espicialy their dessert was delicious .

Good Hotel. Decent Rooms. Low Level (Two Floors) Not a Concrete Block. You get to see daylight. Good location, there are plenty of Shops about. Staff are Good. You do not get the Card Machine shoved in your face at every interaction. That seems to be the Norm elsewhere post COVID.

Was okay. Clean and tidy room. Although during our stay the AC were too noisy. But everything is okay. We just stayed 1 day, but all good.

Been a regular visitor to this hotel over the last 15 years, each visit is a pleasure and I consider this place home from home, staff are always very friendly, the beds and pillows are among the most comfortable I have even known, and the food is great also ... special shout out to my room service on this visit, Mr Shoba Islam, what a great guy he is, nothing ever to much trouble.

Neat,clean, and well maintained. Excellent breakfast spread and dining ambience. The pool does not have a heating system. Thus cannot be used during winter.

It is a very cordial atmosphere once we enter the hotel. Very helpful and supportive staff right from reception to bell boy. We enter the restaurant for meals we are greeted by a very pleasant smile by Evelyn, the Philipino girl working there. Once we finish our meals, she immediately clears the table. Very impressive. Overall, it was a very wonderful experience.

Worst hotel in the city , noisy AC, dirty smell in the rooms and you will have lovely room-mate (Cockroachs)

Khobar is a small city so location is convenient with ample parking, gym is ok, pool is small and location of pool is not good. Rooms are small with this price and furniture is very old and in bad condition. Toilets are with rusted mirrors and water really spread over all place if taking bath, even comes out of the room. Facilities just ok. Better options at cheaper price than this.

Worst ever experience, i was a regular customer for holiday inn and IHG in entire kingdom with a golden membership, but what had happened with me yesterday was a disaster. First as attached pics I found a cockroach in the bathroom I went to the reception immediately to complain and change the room, and here was the catastrophe; the receptionist was so mean and didn’t even apologize for that, i requested to speak to the manager he came after half an hr just blaming her why she didn’t call him before, his reply was that this is something normal cz they sprayed the room days before with no any serious action taken from His side. Long story short; this is a zero hospitality, zero customer service and will end up with a zero business for them.

Great hotel property. Well maintained. Fantastic and welcoming F&B staff. Phones could use a revamp/check due to constant crackling on internal calls. Bring your own metal cutlery...its like pulling teeth to get some delivered with food orders.

I was amazed the ambiance and services of the hotel. The food are delicious and spectacular. So clean & good. The employees are very accommodated. Hats off. In overall the quality of hotel is excellent.

You can never go wrong checking in at Holiday Inn - Corniche. Warmth greetings from the reception team and fast-check in and requirements met during the stay. I have my own privacy, silent environment and requests in Housekeeping also very quick. Tasty food, good coffee and selection of desserts.

The location is very near to restaurants, mall, sea shore, banks, groceries even gasoline station. Comfortable bed and wide choices of food. Relax in the spa with well-equipped facilities.

Just a place to lay your head. Food is average. They have clean rooms and welcoming staff. Also accessible to places you want to visit in Alkhobar. But the housekeeping never came for my additional towel. The rooms were booked for two persons but you only have one towel and 1 tooth brush? Come on! 🙂 It doesn't sound like it's Holiday Inn. Also, the pool is small and women are not allowed to swim.

Best place to spend your time. Right from reception to all the staff including laundry and kitchen everyone was exceptionally cooperative. My stay was very memorable and it's worth if you need quality and elegance.

interiors are bit old and we Had a bit difficulty communicating with staffs but over all it’s still perfect for stay and get away. Food prices are satisfactory and are of large servings! Though adult pool is exclusive for male guests, the kids pool so far is the best❤️

We came by to sit and had some snacks last night at their Sada Cafe & lounge, the place is just right, a little bit too dark, buy you will definitely have some privacy since there’s only few people when we visit, the drinks are not that special, but the desserts are above average. Since the staff are so nice and accommodating, i’ll give this a 3 star

The star is only for the comfy bed. Other than that nothing is worth a single penny. The fat lady in reception is extremely rude. Showing attitude to guest, not giving any greeting or smile and answering question rudely. She is not suitable for customer service role like that. I believe her name is Khawla. Housekeeping boy entered my room even I put the “Do not Disturb” sticker on my door. ( I figured when I entered the room that the laundry I sent them was ready in my room and my room get cleaned). It really is unprofessional to enter my room without my permission I raised complain to the house keeping manager, he insisted that I request for cleaning, even though I was outside the whole day and leave the room with the “DnD” sticker Very poor and unprofessional management.
