Very clean apartments with all basic amenities. Mr. Yasser and Mr. Abdulhakim are very professional and good people. Definitely staying here again next trip.

After driving 3.5 hours, I arrived to the address that is listed on booking.com, however; there was no sign saying Shamsoon!! I drove around 3 times then called the property using the number listed on booking.com! The number is a cellphone! I called two times with no answer, then a man picked up the phone the 3rd time. He told me that they didn't have a sign and I should go to the white building and the building guard would be waiting for me. I met the guy and started the checking in. A big sign (required by the government) is displayed with all the cards they accept for payments (MADA, VISA.. etc)! However, the receptionist (or the building guard) told me that their POS machine was being updated and only cash is accepted! I was very inconvenienced! I was allowed to pay later as I was very tired and not planning to go back and look for an ATM. The corridor leading to my room had a smell of meet being grilled. The room was clean and practical. The bathroom had stains and the mini shampoo bottle had some dry shampoo on the outside. The place is not on the main road so parking is not an issue and the location is good.

A great place to call "home" and very quiet. The guard always greet you with a smile and is very helpful to our needs, and is quick to attend to any problems that arise. The location is great, very close to the Corniche and restaurants. It has everything we needed and the place kept clean every day by the friendly courteous worker and comfortable place to stay.

Good, but need professional way for reservations system That's exactly what i mean, your fair price is tottaly different than booking, either you are misuse booking application or you are plan hour per hour. Respectful places has standards, not just waiting to earn what they could based on the situation. Anyway i got around good one with good price

A nice place to stay inn! Value for money and staff's hospitality are the most gained values of staying there! Big comfortable bed with reasonable appliances are the most important advantage in the room! Reasonable WiFi connection is also available there! Parking could be a little problem as it located in a small street and close to a bigger hotel than it!! Overall it was a nice experience in a clean place! Highly recommended!

Very basic apartment. Difficult to spots as there are no signs and you need a special card to enter the building. Suitable for a night or so but not for too long. Lulu supermarket is about a 10 minute walk. Parking available outside.
