I developed severe diarrhea. . The color of the meat is clearly off. Even though I was worried, I tried eating it, and found that the taste was strange. . On the way home, my wife developed such severe diarrhea that she had to run to the bathroom. I also had severe diarrhea after returning home. Based on my life's experience as someone who is familiar with beef, this diarrhea was clearly caused by beef spoilage. It wasn't diarrhea caused by beef fat, but the color and taste of beef that could only be caused by rotting beef. When I contacted the store later, they said, ``The color of the meat had changed.'' ``The reason for the discoloration was that it was leftover food from a customer who took it out of the vacuum pack the day before.'' ``Our restaurant may have been the reason why the meat was hungry.'' "It's not zero," he admitted. However, they were insistent that they could not take action unless it was 100% proven that the cause of the diarrhea was at our store. They also couldn't tell me what the expiration date was, and when I asked them how they had stored the meat, they said they would call back after consulting their lawyer. He also said, ``Rather than food poisoning, it's just diarrhea, right? You're not vomiting, are you?'' teeth? ! ? ! ? ! ? ! I have no choice but to laugh. Can this be considered a sincere response? ? ? ? What does a legal advisor have to do with how meat is stored? ? ? ? ? It's obvious that it's because I don't have confidence in the method of preserving the meat at that time. In the first place, the fact that you remember that the color of the meat you served to a customer a few days ago had changed might be because you were aware that it might be dangerous? If opened a day earlier, the freshness and flavor will be reduced, but judging from the color, it is doubtful whether it was opened a day earlier. Since money is being generated, how should I handle this call as a professional? For me, it's not so bad that I got diarrhea. I was very disappointed that my precious girlfriend had to suffer on such an important day, and the way she treated me. Not recommended. Since we have received permission to record the phone call and release the recording, we will soon upload the audio we have confirmed to YouTube. postscript ・There were streaks left in the sirloin, and the fillet was discolored. ・Despite being a high-end store, it seems that they usually store their food frozen rather than refrigerated. I guess there aren't that many customers. . The above is just my personal opinion. If you believe in the store, please visit the store.

I ate Kobe beef for the first time in a while. Moreover, this was my first time eating charcoal-grilled yakiniku kappo. In conclusion, whatever you eat is delicious! They are particular about all aspects of the restaurant, and since it is a meat restaurant, you can enjoy Kobe beef from every angle. This may be the only place where you can eat raw Kobe beef. I ate it for the first time and it was delicious! You can eat it normally by dipping it in soy sauce, or you can eat it by dipping it into 1/4 of something like wheat gluten soaked in soy sauce and putting it on top of raw Kobe beef sashimi. delicious! Yukhoe was also available for raw food. This is also delicious. No, I feel like it's gone. The tongue was also delicious. Not only the grilled fish, but the soup with the shark fin was also great. I like how the owner is particular about the additions! I can't stand it! They were very particular about the rice and desserts. Lastly, it comes with a mini rice ball souvenir... I ate it as a late night snack at the hotel I was staying at. Looking forward to it again! The store made me think so. If possible, I would like to come with more than one next time. If I can be moved, I want to share it...

This is a restaurant where you can eat Kobe beef in a meat-kappo style. There are counter seats and table seats inside the store. It's not very spacious, but it feels clean. There are kettles behind the counter, and I think the counter seats where you can see them are special seats. There are so many courses that I was confused, but I heard that beef tongue is also popular, so I asked for a course that included beef tongue. I'm glad I ended up here. The beef tongue is also excellent. I've been to several meat kappo restaurants in Tokyo, and while this restaurant has elements of surf and turf, I felt that the quality and technique of grilling the meat was excellent.

Since it was grilled over charcoal, even the sirloin was easy to eat and I was able to enjoy the original flavor of the meat. It was very delicious.

You can enjoy Kobe beef cuisine. This is a meat restaurant operated by the Michelin-starred teppanyaki restaurant Setsugekka in Sannomiya. And it's charcoal grilled. Because the meat is grilled in a charcoal pot, you can enjoy a different flavor from teppanyaki. The meat is slowly grilled using far-infrared rays, then slowly allowed to rest, giving it a completely different flavor from Teppanyaki. The food is typical of a meat restaurant, and the dishes are all delicious and carefully prepared, such as sashimi, dishes using soup stock, and Kobe beef shabu-shabu eaten with sesame sauce. Also, the charcoal-grilled Kobe beef is definitely delicious. It had a very sweet, soft and elegant taste. To finish off your meal, enjoy rice and miso soup made with Shigure-ni Kobe beef. Shigureni has a strong flavor and meaty flavor that goes perfectly with rice. When I left the rice behind, she made me some Shigure-ni rice balls as a souvenir on the way home. This was another delicious rice ball, and I was very satisfied.

1 star in the Michelin Guide for 6 consecutive years, Kobe beef steak restaurants “Setsugekka Honten” and “Setsugekka Hanari” I went to a Japanese restaurant called Setsugekka Sumibiyaki. The confidence in the ingredients they offer, the taste, and the service they provide is a wonderful restaurant. Located on the 2nd floor of Parfums Building, about 5 minutes walk from Kobe Sannomiya Station. There are 12 counter seats, 8 table seats, and 8 private table seats. First, they will show you the pedigree of the cow provided at the store. Mr. Seto kindly told us a lot of things, including that his cows are rare and difficult to obtain. They also show you the meat that will be served at the same time. Kobe beef sirloin charcoal grilled steak is Kobe beef that has been dry aged for 4 weeks. The aroma of Kobe beef and Bincho charcoal, aged in a special kiln, spreads pleasantly in your mouth, and together you can enjoy a charcoal-grilled steak with a soft texture and mellow sweetness. The condiments are a mixture of mountain wasabi and fresh cream, mustard, and charcoal salt. This restaurant has great hospitality, and I was impressed not only with the Kobe beef, but with everything else.

I was watching TV and saw Kobe beef served at a Japanese restaurant, and I was drawn to the phrase, charcoal-grilled in a hearth kiln, which I had never heard before, so I definitely wanted to go! So I made a reservation for the Kobe beef course. On my own, I asked for a seat in front of the furnace kiln, and on the day of the event, I was glad that they had a seat in front of me. Everything from the soup to the tataki was delicious. Every time the meat comes out of the kettle, the surface of the Kobe beef looks delicious. When I actually tried it, I was so impressed that it was much more delicious than it looked. I was so happy that I was able to eat raw Kobe beef, and I had a really fun and meaningful time. I will visit you again♪

I met an amazing beef with the best ingredients and very careful cooking. It takes an hour for the beef to be cooked. But don't worry, the abalone, shabu-shabu, and other beef dishes served while you wait are also amazing. I think this is the only delicious beef like this. Because the ingredients and cooking method are excellent, and the chef's love for beef is fully included. The steak here is different from the one that is just grilled on an iron plate.

I had the Kobe beef mini course. All the dishes looked beautiful, tasted delicious, and were plentiful, making me very satisfied. I liked the horseradish that came with the steak because it was fresh and went well with the meat. I think I'll go eat there again.

I thought it wouldn't be cheap, but when I actually came to the store, I was impressed! I think this preparation and food is cheap. I can't come here easily, but I will definitely come again.

Needless to say, the meat is excellent, but each piece, such as the abalone and conger eel, can be enjoyed as a complete dish. If you're tired of regular Teppanyaki restaurants, we highly recommend it! Not only meat lovers, but even those who don't eat meat that much will be satisfied. The atmosphere of the shop is relaxing and comfortable. I wanna go once more

Beer hall
👍 It is a long-established Sapporo beer hall in Kobe. It collapsed during the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, but is now operating in a new building. The fried chicken is very delicious and famous. It's the perfect place to have a beer and talk with your friends.
