We visited this restaurant as part of our honeymoon and our first time in Japan. This was a recommendation from a friend based in Kobe. The food was AAA and the service was amazing. Very nice, kind and friendly service. We were very full and also enjoyed Japanese sake too. We recommend one of the set menu's. Thank you Hirose-San we will sure visit again on our next trip to Japan!

Amazing place to experience our first Kobe beef! The chef was amazing and interactive and the rest of the staff were lovely. This is a brilliant restaurant, highly recommended, the food is absolutely delicious!

誕生日のお祝いで利用させてもらいました。 鉄板焼は初めてだったのですが、店員さんが食べ方のおすすめをしてくれてとても助かりました。 またどの料理もとても美味しかったです。特に目の前で作っていたフライドガーリックは最高でした。 今回のコースでは追加料金が発生しましたが、ガーリックライスに変更してもらいました。 実際に食べてみて思ったのが、ガーリックライスに変更はした方がいいです！ 締めのデザートにパンケーキが乗ってますが目の前で焼いたばかりのものです。 またいつか機会があればぜひ行きたいお店でした。

自分自身の誕生日ディナーに利用しました。 神戸ビーフのコースを予約し、当日にご飯はガーリックライスへ変更希望し対応していただきました。シェフが出迎えて下さり、お話も色々して下さりました！お話の中で誕生日の記念ディナーであることをチラッとお話ししたところ、なんと最後のデザートにハッピーバースデーのチョコ文字をサービスしてくださりました。素敵なお心遣い感謝いたします、とても嬉しかったです。お肉はもちろんお野菜も味がしっかりと感じられる焼き方でした。全体的な量としては、これ以上多いと、最後のシメまで美味しく感じられずお腹いっぱいという感情で満たされてしまう可能性がありますが、本当にちょうど良い量で最後まで美味しく楽しく頂くことができました。

Review from April 2022. It was not as good as the other restaurants in Kobe I’ve tried and I don’t understand the rating. The cut of meat was not great (see pic), the meat wasn’t very flavourful and I think it was because the chef didn’t let the meat rest. There was a stand for the meat to rest but the chef didn’t use it at all. We paid more than 80,000 yen for three people and yet the dinner was very short and it was almost like we were rushed through the entire meal. It just felt like the chef wanted to complete his job. The choice of parts also wasn’t as wide as some other restaurants.

Excellent experience. We were the only two people there for lunch which made it intimate. The chef was really friendly and cooked the beef perfectly. The soup, salad and dessert were also good. Would definitely recommend!!!

ランチで利用させて頂きました。こちらのお店は特に焼き手さんが親切な印象であり、とても気持ちの良いサービスでした。もちろん、お料理自体も美味しかったです。 ただ、少食の方にとってはボリューミーに感じてしまうかもしれません。 今度はディナーで利用させて頂きたいです。

So, this review has been difficult to write. My family has a saying: You can't eat the drapes. That fits here. The service is great, the atmosphere is nice, the supporting dishes are well presented and tasty. BUT, the steak was nothing special. We had beef several times in Japan, and this was most disappointing especially given the highest pricetag (by far) of any place we visited. The beef just didn't have that buttery mouth feel that you expect in a premium steak restaurant in Kobe. If you want Kobe beef in Kobe, then this checks that box. By the way, we were in and out in under an hour. Felt like the experience should have lasted longer...

Amazing birthday treat! The beef is absolutely delicious! Service was fantastic as well. They actually gave me a piece of cake to celebrate. Recommended for special occasions! Would come back again!

Had a fantastic dinner of delicious Kobe Wagyu beef prepared by our chef who showed great patience as we decided on a course, and an easy-going nature as we chatted about Kobe beef and so on (despite the language barrier). Not only was the steak perfect, the rest of the course was a delight - the salad, to the desert. The restaurant itself is faultless - it's cosy, intimate, modern, with space for about 10-12 diners.

Very friendly chef who also spoke English very well. We appreciated his recommendations for dipping sauces and various ways to try the dishes!

The food was well seasoned, well cooked. We ordered the chateaubriand and even our picky eater son who doesn’t eat meat enjoyed his meal. Thank you for a great experience. Staff was friendly and service was amazing.

神戸にわざわざ行かなくても、東京で食べられる肉のレベル。調理師も腕が悪く、ミディアムで頼んだのに？って感じで焼きすぎて肉が硬かった。 食事中に写真を撮るのは好きではないと言ったのに、わざわざ安い肉の乗ったプレートを持たされ、記念撮影させられた。クチコミが広がるなら何でもするスタンスのようです。 テーブルキャッシュの対応も遅く、カードだったので疑心暗鬼。二度と行かない。

An amazing experience! One the best ways to enjoy Kobe Beef is having an experienced chief cook the beef right in front of you. Our set course meal had a delicate but delicious seafood salad starter, a perfect Kobe Beef steak, juicy, succulent & crisp on the outside (the Beef is sourced locally form an awarding farmer) and a beautifully presented dessert with fresh fruit. In addition, our chief's recommendations for wine pairing were spot on! We will be coming back.
