Very pleasantly surprised with the simplicity, cleanliness and efficiency of this hotel. I was expecting something closer to Motel 6 or Super 8 in the USA where paying for a budget hotel means you get an old and dirty room. This place was impeccably clean and even had a semi-premium shower head in the room. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the operations of the hotel is deadly efficient (you check out via vending machine!).

In the morning, they also have buffet breakfast which is quite nice. The food variety is not a lot but the pastry, egg, curry, salad is good. Wifi is available.

Spacious rooms, amazing location, I really felt at the heart of Kobe being here.

Location is perfect. Room is nice and comfortable. Staff were very accommodating. Would recommend.

Room was quiet. Which is what i was mainly looking for. Shower excellent(from above, side and hand held !!). Room super small. Best for solo traveller. Most staff ok. 👌 one or two a little odd. Chinese staff guy the most friendly. No cigarette smell on floor or room or foyer. Next to China town.

Good basic hotel. Room was clean and not too small for a single traveller. Excellent location overall close to main downtown area. Good range of food nearby although not in the hotel. Rooms were clean and not noticeably dated. Check in and check out efficient. Loses one star because unlike most places I've stayed in Japan, they have no facility to ship luggage to next hotel - you have to lug your bags around the corner to the Family Mart for this (the most challenging bag ship experience I've yet had in several trips due to language barrier...).

Nice business hotel. They have a good soft drinks all you can drink from 15:00 to 24:00. Breakfast came included in our package. It's worth the ¥1,100 on it's own too. The room was clean and the shower excellent. Reception staff on 2F were attentive and helpful

It's close to Motomachi and the Kobe Chinese street. I used for a business trip. The hotel was clean and bright. The room had no bathtub, but the shower both is good enough. The hotel has a lounge in the second floor, which opens till midnight. Free coffee is available. I love this place. I'll choose this hotel again.

Pretty good value for price. Situated right beside Kobe Chinatown, you get what you expect from a business hotel except you can step down and grab a cheap bite to eat whenever you feel like it. Very basic in terms of toiletries offered with complimentary all you can drink tea and coffee offered at the 2nd floor cafe.

Recommend this place for the location as Chinatown is jus beside it. So a lot of good food.. has a big family mart just beside , Starbucks and a cafe jus below. Just opposite Daimaru so it’s easy to find the place actually, and the tourist city loop bus has a stop just there. Look out for the Chinatown sign and the excelsior coffee, the entrance of hotel is just besides it. Small room but the space is decent for a two-three nights stay.. the hotel lounge at level 2 offer free drinks like coffee tea n some fruits infused water from 3pm -12midnight, one can just sit there and listen to music . Staff service is relatively polite . Price is decent for the location. the shower is good and the hair shampoo,body shampoo is of good quality

Compared to similar places in the price range and area, very good. The room was clean and regular-sized, unlike other places I've stayed at. I'd definitely stay there again.
