(-) Cigarette smoke gets trapped in elevators (-) “Morning Service” is just bread, hard boiled eggs, and drink machines. (-) TINY rooms... even by Japanese standards (-) Weird lighting fixture and NO DESK SPACE (-) Old, small, inefficient refrigerator ... didn’t keep anything cool. (+) Amazing location. Literally across the street from Chinatown. (+) Close to coffee shops, restaurants, and department stores.
