Apparently there are a few clean rooms, but most are dirty, smelly, dimly lit, and fairly cheap. The friendliness of the staff is very bad. Being amiable is also a problem, but it's worth the salt. The entrance is difficult to find. Also, the walls are thin and the sound leaks out. You probably won't go there, but it's pretty easy so I'm sure people will come.

I made a reservation on Jiyaran. I confirmed my reservation a month before using the hotel and informed them that I would like to leave my luggage before check-in, but the response over the phone was pleasant and made me feel at ease. The room has a price... That's what it feels like. The whole place is old, the washroom has poor drainage, and the faucet doesn't close properly. Amenities are minimal and toothpaste tastes bad. Towels are not soft. The toilet seat is a different color than the toilet bowl. Well, it might be good for people who are OK with sleeping.

I always use it when I go to Kobe. When it's cheap, it's cheap. The room and bathroom are spacious and I like them, but the cleanliness is poor and I feel distrustful of the staff's guidance, including explanations about air conditioning and heating. I would be more than happy if you could improve it.

A little hard to find only one way street and if you come in taxi they have to go around the block to leave you in front of the hotel. There is no WiFi service on the rooms, but they can provide a LAN cable if your computer can handle it. There is around 5 rooms per floor, and they are very large, very clean, bathroom is an actual huge place it could be another room by itself, you can fit probably 5 people taking a shower and bath comfortably in there, service is great and attentive, light dimming, BGM, alarm, and AC control right from the bed. I do like this place. I give them one star because if you bring someone to your room for more than 30 mins they want to charge you 2500 yens. That this is not a common practice in any hotel I had been. Even love hotels which charge by the hour don't do that. That was a low punch.

old hotel The room is large. The bathroom is also surprisingly spacious. I think it's hard not having WiFi.

It was 5500 yen. Nothing, no breakfast. The refrigerator was empty, only one tea pack, no coffee or tea. 11am check-out, 24h coin laundry available. With extension

Two women stayed here.Although we arrived late at night without a reservation, there was only one amenity provided, and although it was a double bed, we were given a single room.It was only a few hours before dawn. I used it, but the response was not very good.

Saved us in a pinch. We had a small budget after the hostel we were staying at ran out of vacancy, and we found this place through Rakuten travel. Making the reservation on Rakuten was difficult for me, but if you live in Japan it should be pretty simple. Bath, pjs, towels, toothbrushes, razors and other nice amenities. Very convenient location !

When I went to the front desk to ask for money exchange to use the on-site laundry, an elderly employee came out with a clearly troubled look on his face. When I told him what I was doing, he seemed quite irritated and said, ``I'm in trouble, but the hotel is only renting out rooms and has nothing to do with our hotel, so please don't call me to exchange money.'' Of course, there was no such description anywhere in Landry.

It seems that the management has no intention of ``improving this hotel'' in the first place. It seems that the management is probably thinking, ``If this location is good, customers will come.'' The interior was built in the 1980s, and the unsanitary and inadequate facilities that had been mentioned in various reviews in the past seemed to have not been improved at all. The air conditioner is old, the shower head is leaking, the faucet is on the shower side instead of the tap, etc. . . It's terrible. It looks old everywhere, and I guess the plan is to renovate it if it breaks down. However, only the inside of the elevator car had been renovated, and I thought that it had broken down due to aging and had to be renovated because there were no replacement parts. Even at this age, I think things could be better if we had a philosophy of ``for the customer''. What if it stays as it is now? . .
