I had been interested in Shin-Nagata for a while, but I had never had the chance to go there, so I finally got around to it. However, when I went there for the first time, there was no signboard on the first floor, so it was a little hard to find. Take the escalator up to the second floor of a building along the shopping street with a sign for a Chinese restaurant called Kobe Hanten, and find it near the bridge connecting it to the building on the north side. If you could see the projector through the glass, that was it. The inside is a stylish space where you can also have a cafe, and it not only serves as a museum but also screens rare and valuable movies. It's worth a visit.

I'm even more excited because my uncle, a former projectionist, was working with the movie projector on display🎥✨By the way, the optical printer (optical printing machine), which is an essential item for VFX (visual effects/compositing), is the same as the movie projector. The ``Kuroda-style optical printer,'' which is an item created using applied technology and made from parts of old movie projectors, has created VFX for Daiei Kyoto's movie works as well as Daiei Tokyo's ``Great Monster Gamera Series.'' Ta. Its accuracy even surpasses Toho's optical printer (Optical Printer 1900 manufactured by Oxbury, USA)❕

Walk from Shin-Nagata subway station. I visited during the documentary, silent, etc. When the anime ``Namakura Sword'' was screened, it was interesting to see the narration and explanation by the person who discovered it in the market. It was discovered in 2007, so I have fond memories of visiting it more than 10 years ago. I'm glad the materials weren't lost.

New and old masterpieces are introduced and projected. The posters range from nostalgic to rare. There is also a cafe☕. The exhibition of the projector 📽 is a must-see.

It's a small movie theater located in a shopping district. As the name suggests, there are also exhibits related to movies, so it might be a must-see for movie buffs! There is a coffee shop right at the entrance, so you can kill time while drinking coffee until the screening starts.

(Translated by Google) There is a coffee shop, and is it an old camera? It was a comfortable space with a calm atmosphere. It was good to see the minor things that I missed in the movie ✨ (Original) 喫茶店が併設してあり、古いカメラ?があって落ち着いた雰囲気が心地よい空間でした。 映画も見逃していたマイナーなものが見れて良かったです✨

A valuable mini-theater where you can show films. It's convenient because it's connected to the parking lot next door by a walkway. The movie museum is on the second floor.

This is a precious place. The part that makes movie buffs drool (the word drool doesn't even come out). The cafe also has a nice and calm atmosphere. . There are also quite a few movie magazines.
