Another Aeon Big supermarket in the vicinity of Setapak with this hyper supermarket chain group having 2 in the area. This new premises is almost the same as others but have a lot more cafes and food stores within it. Set up is a bit better than most peers and aisles are wider in my book. A well run branch but need a bit more promotion to let others know its secluded location. Parking is free for 2 hours for members. Recommended to give this grocer a try if you are in the area.

A very convenience places for senior citizen like my parents to shop for groceries. Quality products with acceptable prices. Convenience parking also. They like it here. The only thing is that with the trollies, can't bring the basket outside to carpark. When shop a lot it will cause difficulties to carry our things to car.

A convenient place to get all you need groceries. But limited in certain options compare to other Aeon Big. Parking is convenient and very big! It is outdoor so expect to be wet if you come during raining. The staff is abit annoying as there is always nobody at the help desk even when there is no traffic. Whatever you need help with, they will serve with attitude. The securities here is annoying too as they watch and judge you as you leave thinking everyone is a potential stealer. They need to loosen up and give a smile at least.

Decent size supermarket with plenty of parking spaces available. Have some food kiosk inside it, and lot of restaurants nearby by walking too (including McDonalds). Can go to open park behind it too.

Just nice. Not crowded like Aeon Alpha Angle, enough to buy groceries. Price same as Aeon, only lack of fresh chicken & limited selection of fresh seafood. Plenty of parking space, open air parking.

Great supermarket that's very clean, bright lighting, and seems to be fully stocked. Some produce were not so fresh, but they were on the clearance section. The pharmacy inside was helpful and there's even a salon with student friendly prices. The hot food/deli section was quite good with ayam goreng, curry puffs, sushi 🍣 and other delicious if not so healthy choices. There's even a laksa counter! And most helpful to parents would be the babyland for kids to burn off energy or just have fun.

Not a very big supermarket, but it has nice and spacious design. The supermarket feels decent in the sense of walking space, it won't feel crowded even if there are a lot of customers. In terms of the products sold here, it has most of the things we need. It helps a lot so I won't ever need to travel to different locations for different items. The products here are not so expensive, it's moderately priced. Since this supermarket is near a lot of student houses from TARUC, it's perfect for them to purchase groceries here. For the staffs and security, they are friendly, polite and helpful. However, there aren't enough cashiers to handle the massive influx of customers. I'm talking about 1-2 cashiers only for such a popular supermarket. The waiting queue is quite long. Not longer than Lotus's but still have to wait for 10 to 15 minutes to pay for your items. A minor inconvenience, but nothing too serious. All in all, a decent supermarket with moderate priced products. Would definitely recommend.

Decent size supermarket with plenty of parking spaces available. Many eateries nearby. A convenient place for grocery shopping and grab a bite or drinks at nearby restaurants. The only issue with this place is "some" of the items pricing are misplaced or without any price tag. Had informed the customer service on my last visit a month ago

The pricing aspect needs to be improved. Occasionally the prices are labeled incorrectly and creates a queue at the cashier. Otherwise all good.

Market is tidy n clean. But vegetables and meat are not fresh enough. Kids playground (A+ babyland) is bad. The light is not bright,What is broken is not repaired. The ball is too little. One of the female staff are impolite. The staff were busy with their mobile phones.

Doesn't look like other aeon big. Has alot of aeon influence in it . Prices also follow aeon store kind of price. Place is clean. Aeon card doesn't work at parking. Need coin for trolley release . Think 50cents

Pity the two guards at the parking entrance, even though they are not local people, as human beings, they need to be provided with a suitable shelter from the very hot sun. Management needs to take care of the welfare of the employees who serve them.

A bad experience there. There was a promotion to collect stamp and purchase kitchen knife with cheaper price... I went to the counter at 9.45pm, the cashier told me that they have closed the counter and come again tomorrow to make my purchase. But operations hours clearly stated that they open until 10p.m.. I clearly told him that is not 10pm yet.. but he just replied that we have closed the counter.. what a bad Custer service.

Pros: Ample parking , spacious and organise floor plan , Aeon Wellness inside. Cons : Limited choices of foodstuff and fresh produce , nuts , tea etc .

Very convenient. Near to pv10 condo where my family lives. Plenty of parking. Got money exchange, atm and hair cut also!

Some things might be lacking, but overall a good place to get groceries and hang out with many f&b beside and easy to find parking.

Behave crowd. Helpful & courtesy staff. Even the security is helpful & courtesy too. Not like Econsave rude security supervisor Malay guy & the staff not happy to see you... Econsave staff treat u like you taking items for free

Less people and all the items are fresh and well stocked. Great ambience for kids too. I really love it here. My go to place for groceries shopping.

Convenient to Setapak residences for getting everything everyday needs from this Aeon big store. Parking free for 1st hour.

Lovely place. Ample of parking space. Went there during Aug 31st, 2022. They even sing National anthem and celebrate national day well.. Good job 😘

Opened not too long ago. Still like nice and new. Parking space is plenty but outdoors. Parking uses TNG or credit/debit cards now. Good enough for necessities but not really well-stocked like other AEON outlets. Equipped with self-checkout counters.

Very helpful staff in the region! Even you are queuing to enter the store, the security guy and Aeon staff provide you an umbrella and place a stand fan along the Que line. Very clean and fresh

I have never been to this particular AEON as its not in my neighbourhood. We came here as we were having dinner nearby and needed to pick up some groceries. This AEON is rather small. Its was a disappointing visit. We could not even find decent tomatoes. It has less varieties in terms of vegetables and salads. Same for the dairy section. I could not find the Greek yogurt that I usually purchase. And if I understand correctly, this AEON closes at 8pm.

Newly opened Aeon Big supermarket which brings convenience to many people staying around Setapak area. Entrance to this supermarket was a little inconvenience as you can only access from 1 side of the road (need to make U-turn). They sells fresh fruits, vegetables, fishes and meats, besides providing grocery items and household items that you need. Price is reasonable and some items are cheap. Parking lots are huge. You can find ATM machines at the end of the building but not a toilet which you need to exit the building. There are several shops selling pastries, sandwiches and even rice pack just in front of the cashier. Several cashier counters and they also have self service cashier with credit card payment only.

Clean, well managed hypermarket. Friendly and helpful staff as well as security personnel. SOP under MCO strictly followed, number of customers at any one time monitored. Contactless parking payment, either by credit card, TnG or ATM card. Free parking for 1st hr, subsequently RM1 per hour.

alot of people during weekends.. clean and tidy place.. most fresh produce are in good condition.. not withered..

I like it because not many people...maybe because prices slighlty higher but i dont mind since i dont like crowded places.

Very good control due to Covid-19 alert. Ample parking but there are many who choose to park at the handicap parking.
