Think twice before seeing Dr. Ashley Sarasan at UNLV Medicine. She did not return my phone calls, took forever to call in my prescriptions and never followed thru with the referrals that she recommended. When I called, the staff was just as unhelpful. It took two months and multiple calls to get some of my prescriptions called in to the pharmacy. When I asked about the missing medicine she had prescribed me during the appointment, Dr. Sarasan didn’t remember what she prescribed me. This office does not care about their patients or their health. The office looks like it has not been cleaned in months. The furniture is dirty and unsanitary.

The phone system often does not work, by the time you do talk with someone, they reroute you right through the broken phone system again. You may get lucky on rare occasion to get someone to take a message, but be prepared to receive a call back within a week, if even at all. If you are having problems getting your prescriptions, hope it's nothing serious and be prepared to wait several days for it to be straightened out. I am in the process of finding new physicians before my health issues worsen due to the negligence of the employees at this facility. There is no "HEALTHCARE" offered here.

Rude and slow call center, totally a failure and waste of tax.

Garbage health system. Forgot to call me and tell me I needed a biopsy for possible cancer after my cervical screening, and went a year without the biopsy until my next yearly screening. Luckily there was no cancer. Then they sent a bill to collections, even though the never put the balance on my online portal to pay. Save yourself time, effort, credit score, and maybe even your life by skipping UNLV.

The have the worst person answering the phone she’s super rude and acts like if she can’t understand the questions and would click on you also had to call like 40 times for them to answer sounds like the same lady you guys need to record the calls !!!

This is the most unsatisfactory health care system/process i have ever dealt with in my entire life and several family members have agreed after the past several weeks regarding my mothers cancer situation. The UMC oncology surgery scheduling department of suite 160 at 1707 W Charleston Blvd was the absolute most informal/uninformative visit i have ever had in a medical office visit. After multiple documented dates of ‘she will call you’ and not hearing anything along with even Dr. St. Hill himself saying he will call personally by a certain date if we dont hear anything, only to find that nobody called, has left the family with exploring other avenues to get care transferred out of state that is actual CARE. If i could rate it with negative stars i would…

😠 Ashley Smith is an incompetent and pathetic excuse for a doctor. Don't see her unless you want your time and money wasted and everything you say to be dismissed, and for her to claim to instantly know more than 10 years worth of specialist treating you. Worst doctor I've ever encountered and shouldn...

😠 They know you are at their mercy so they will treat you horribly because most people depend on them for quality of life. I asked for labs because my condition was worsening and Dr O (had his back to me) then swiftly turned around and said “do I look like your primary care?” It’s not about what you s...

👍👍 This office is one of the best I have ever been to and I've seen a lot of doctors in Las Vegas. The front desk staff are very efficient and always eager to help in any way. The medical assistants are really friendly and they get you checked in fast. The fact that they do walk ins is awesome as long...

😠 If you can, try to go somewhere else, this place is a joke. Do not respect people's time. I get it sometimes the are delays being seen, but 3 hours is unacceptable. This is the second time that it has happened. When you ask the check in people they react like they don't care one bit.
