A friend referred us here when I made the appointment they were very friendly waited on hold to speak with someone about 10 minutes. We arrived very early to fill out all the paperwork (I have 3 kids). I really love the fact they have 2 separate waiting rooms one for sick kids and then the other for well check visits. While I was filling out the paperwork I was noticing a lot of patients in and out! Then was informed there are 3 drs back there. We were called back about 20 minutes after the scheduled time. We waited in the room for the doctor for about another 40 minutes total before she came in I was pretty much over the wait by the time she came in. When she finally arrived (Ashley Mo) I couldn’t believe how amazing she was with my kids she showed each of them gentle and loving experience you can really tell that her and the staff love there jobs and want to be there!! She took her time didn’t rush us asked about all 3 kids and gave me reassurance on a lot of things plus I love the fact that my kids saw a dr not the nurse practitioner. My kids have found there Dr my friend that referred me advised me I’ll never wait that long again but even if I do I really don’t mind because she is doing her job by actually taking her time with the patient themselves. Seems my prior comment was deleted. Doctor Tresa is great staff not so much . WARNING , Mona (not actually name) as she is called will take out her frustration on your child . Due to unresolved conflict when giving my son a injection it wasn’t done correctly let alone he felt the stabbing pain as she purposely inflicted . Photos below prove the correct injection vs the stabbing . I informed her she injected him incorrectly she just walked off with her nasty bossy attitude. I’m aware of how to give correct injections so I’m highly aware this was incorrect and intentional. I informed her office manager nothing much was done. I’m posting this for other parents awareness etc. 1st two pictures the correct injection the 2nd her stabbing and pulling of the needle results . Karma is real so treat people right .

Hi everyone, this place deserves no stars just a thumbs down all around. I'm here to warn you about this doctor's office.They kept misdiagnosing my son. 3 different doctor's at the Washington and W. Post office misdiagnosed my son. My son was left with a high fever, diarrhea and a rash for 5 days.They kept saying he had nothing wrong with him and they were so wrong. I found a new doctor elsewhere, finally got my son diagnosed properly. Please don't go here if you love your children go else where. Oh yeah they don't believe in antibiotics either.

Honestly I would hate to be a patient here and actually need to get a hold of someone. I have for over a year been getting someone else's mail from this location and each time sent it back saying this person is not at this address but wouldn't you know a couple weeks later get another letter for the same person. Finally called and it took over 6 tries to finally get someone on the phone just to be told it will be sent to billing manager to get taken care of. So pretty sure next couple of weeks I will get another piece of mail for the person who doesn't live at my place for over a year.

First off, Dr Tresa is amazing. We are moving and we will miss her so much! She took care of both my babies for the past 3 years showing kindness, care, and celebrating all the milestones with us. I love her enthusiasm and optimism. She always eased any worries I had. My first was a preemie baby who was teeny tiny and she took great care with him. The receptionists have always been very friendly and the nurses exceptional. I highly recommend taking your babies here. We will surely miss this pediatric office and all of the staff.

I’ve given this place plenty of opportunities but I’m fed up. One, the older women from the front desk are condescending, rude, and have poor attitude. In particular, Roxy who has always given me attitude during our interactions. She places me on hold over 20 minutes and never picks up, I have to remind her I need to schedule the next appointment when checking out. Secondly, the MA whom is older, wears glasses, and has red hair should NOT be working with children. My child had hip dysplasia, was getting better and I informed her to be VERY cautious when taking her height. Yet she YANKED my daughter’s foot, I heard a pop and my daughter’s eyes instantly opened wide. I knew something was wrong, so I saw her specialist and he had to readjust her harness because the hip bone had popped out of place. Additionally, when giving injections, she inflicts pain by slowly injecting the child, pressing very hard on their leg and looking at them crying before doing the next one. By this manner I am unable to hold her and help her. Now for the pediatricians, because I am a first time mother they ignore my concerns. They ignored my daughter’s stomach issues for MONTHS before finally giving me a referral. They didn’t believe me when I said my daughter was developing hang nails and now both her toes are severely infected. I have given this place 7 months as a trial and now my daughter’s health is being affected.

This pediatrician is the worst by far in the valley. Any concern I had was already dismissed. My daughter was tensing up her whole body and the dr literally told me “I don’t know what that is but I guess we will figure it out” the new pediatrician got her referred to a neurologist her very first appointment as Sunshine was supposed to do. They definitely neglect kids here and treat it like a fast food joint. In and out with a number of kids everyday but no actual concern for the child. Not to mention their on call doctors aren’t good either. Sometimes they don’t even get back to you. Leading you to have to go to a hospital to ease any concern you were having. Lady at the front desk with glasses and long hair believe she’s Hispanic, also has favoritism problems and is extremely rude. I called the practice out on their neglectful ways and she never looked my way since then even when coming to check in. Just glad to be done with this place. The doctors truly do not know what they are doing here especially Dr Jack

I’m very happy with this office and my daughter’s pediatrician, Dr. Jack. He has such a calming demeanor and sets my mind at ease. I think he spends a lot of time with us and answers all of my questions. A lot of reviews complain about wait times at this practice in the past, but I haven’t found that to be a problem at all. We never wait to get into a room and the doctor always sees us within 10 minutes. I’d keep going here just for the fact that I never wait and I have waited at other offices in town.

Dr. Robertson was highly recommended to us, and thankfully he takes my son's insurance. It's so important to have a doctor who you trust, and who genuinely cares about people. He will always say what he knows to be true, and doesn't bend to what he thinks you want to hear...which I appreciate because he is all straight-shooting honesty. We usually try and wait for Dr. Robertson but the other doctors on staff we've had are fantastic, too. (Bonus, he cracks us up...a good sense of humor isn't terribly important in a pediatrician, but it sure makes our family visits more fun.)

Office staff is rude and puts no effort into properly pronouncing names so there’s confusion. Doctors are amazing though. Small price to pay for great pediatric care.

Been calling for two days waiting for a call back to have my child’s immunization records faxed to her school. They’re refusing to call back or fax them. We’ve moved out of state so I can’t go in. Office lady Asia was rude.

Doctor Robertson was my peds and now my daughter and sons he was also my ex partners peds lol great man he has treated me more like family! <3

I am a single mother of a child of one. My daughter had an appointment today for a well check and to get vaccinated. Nobody ever notified me that I needed to come in 30 minutes before fill out paperwork. So they notify me that they will be changing the provider and my appointment will be 30 minutes later. I’m filling out the paperwork and in the middle of me falling out the paperwork the girl with the purple hair tells me that I need to call my primary insurance to change primary care to their office. By the time I get on the phone with them she tells me that she will have to cancel my appointment because I didn’t do it within a time matter which is ridiculous to me. Because why couldn’t she notify me when I was in the process of filling out my paperwork or give me the paper while doing my paperwork it became very frustrating to the point where she kept repeating herself and it didn’t make sense. She was very rude and very demanding on what I should be doing on giving directions as if I didn’t have any free will. She was very disrespectful and as a mother I’m doing the best I can because I’m by myself and I don’t have anybody to help me. She didn’t make the situation any better for me. But luckily the manager that was there helped me. I feel uncomfortable and I don’t know if I should come back to the office

Dr Ju and the amazing staff at Sunshine Valley pediatrics are the best. They truly do care for the needs of the child and that’s soo important. The Office is always clean. The staff are always nice, they seem to be happy to work for the Doctors at this practice. If your child need a great pediatrician, this is it.

Been taking our son here they always do great with him And the office is always clean and everyone is so nice!
