😠 Dr. Shirley Rodriguez is a great doctor. Her support staff is a joke ! I never got my referrals . And now my refills for my medicine hasn't been sent in. This is a absolutely joke and im thinking of reporting them to the BBB. Since the lady that commented below me has had the same exact experience!... People often mention doctor, staff, care, time, office, called, call, medical, location, referral,

The medical assistant's were very nice but I felt the doctor was very attentive the first two visits. Then she seemed to blow off my needs because I was "young" . I found a new primary and so far I have numerous medical problems and signs of cancer based on test my new primary has done. Which are the same ones I asked her for over a year ago. Sad. Hopefully it's not too late for my health.

Excellent Patient Care Services! The Staff has always been very pleasant and timely, and I am very pleased with my Primary Care Provider. I have been to this location two times so far to see Dr. Kurt Von Hartleben and I am very happy with his care. He genuinely listened to all my concerns and took the time to answer all my questions, and, he is very personable. Thank you all!

Suffered a Torn achillies the night before. Thought about going to urgent/quick care but knew iwill need referral to orthopedic. Literally hopped into the facility to see my primary doc. 2 patients before me were complaining about their care and upset with whatever. Didnt pay attention except the way the staff treated them...not outwardly rude but indifferent and unhelpful. Of course i was only worried about my injury, so theres no way they would treat me like that. Wrong! They just dont care who u are. I get called and learn the facility doesnt have xray, medical supplies to even put my leg in a splint or crutches to borrow. Got a perscription for crutches (yeah) but isnt covered at walgreens..have to find a med supply store. Of course didnt know that going in, kinda assumed my primary care would be able to handle some of it. Asked the help at the desk and received generic "we dont know anything " kinda answers. Thank goodness for google. The front desk people either are not very knowledgeable or just not helpful, maybe a bad day. Received my referral, then Doc Wheeled me to the lobby. i had to hop to my car on my own without a wheelchair, crutches or splint for my torn achillies. I guess not the most compassionate people but it was their lunch hour. At the end of it all, doc suggested i go to urgent care to get splint, xrays and crutches. So dont go to dignity if u need anything done for u except a referral. Needless to say, i will be changing my doctor and not planning on coming back to this place. Go to urgent care before even considering coming to this facility, so u wont waste all your time.

Dr.Shirley Rodriguez is my doctor. And if this review was for her alone it'd be 5+ Stars. She has handled my illness with great care and I feel as though if I were treated the same by the support staff I'd be in a lot less pain. I was supposed to have a referral for an ultrasound that her medical assistant claims she did. Come to find out that was not true and I have been waiting for a month and a half for this to be done. Ive also been waiting at least 2 months for a Hematologist referral to be done and that has not been completed either. Its ridiculous! Everytime I call I have to beg the front office girls to not transfer my call to Lourdes (Dr. Rodriguez medical assistant) and they still do it! I have spoken to the clinic manager about these issues and he CLEARLY must have brushed it under the rug because NOTHING has changed. I am seeking another doctor to go to now even though thats precious time wasted all because the support staff couldnt support. Its truly disheartening to see such an amazing doctor get tarnished due to the lack of her team following through.

So to start this off do not waste your time going to the office. My son has issues with his ears so I took him in to see Dr. Yuson back on 1/20/17 . He had a follow up on 1/27/17 to see how the meds did for him . We went back I went to pay my copay and the front desk girl who wears glasses and work on the right side said I had no balance and I was ok . I then said nothing in life comes for free she then said your ok . I went about my day we then went back again on 2/24/17 for a hearing test , I paid my copay got a referral etc for him for an ENT . I was in there again 3/31/17 for myself paid my copay etc ... so now almost over 2 months later ( from our second visit on 1/27/17 ) I received a bill in the mail for $30.00 ( not a lot no big deal but I wanted to know for what. ) I called the office explained my story to the front desk then I spoke to the manager. she then told me it is my responsibility to know my insurance ( and I do know it because I paid them every time . ) and what I have to pay. She said she will be talking to the staff about this because apparently even though I was in there twice since 1/27/17 they should be checking balances and letting people know . FAIL , they did not . Not only was the manager rude but very unprofessional . I work in customer service and would never tell a customer its their responsibility to know something like that , that is our jobs! I let her know I will be finding a new doctor because of this. My visit from 3/31/17 they charged me 25 when it should of been 30 , now I have to make sure their staff is doing their jobs ..again !

These people should dress in circus clown outfits at this facility. It is bad enough that one has to hold for 30 minutes whenever you call, deal with power tripping slobs at the desk, but Dr. Hong is irresponsible and neglectful. My wife and I have been his patients for a couple of years. I am 63, my wife is 66 and she has been paraplegic for 30 years. She ran a fever yesterday and so she called to see if she could get an order for a urine sample as that is usually the first order of business with paraplegics. The "doctor" refused to order a sample at Quest and told us to go to Quick Care! He is our doctor for heavens sake and he won't even call in a urine culture to Quest? He obviously does not want to be bothered with patients who come twice a year to see him. Beyond that, last year my PSA was 4.3. He did not do a digital exam, which is the obvious first step in diagnosis, but told me I should get a biopsy. I went back in October and it went down to 3.7, again did not provide the basic exam but he told me not to worry about it, it must have been inflammation or an infection.... minus any diagnostic testing, of course.. The last time my wife and I were there, he did not check our hearts, did not use a stethoscope, did nothing but blow us off. This is not medical care, nor is it professional in any way. We have a new and reputable doctor lined up for tomorrow. If you value your health or well being, this is the last place you want to go. The place should be closed down.

Wanted to share my very poor and disappointing experience with Dr. Kurt Von Hartleben at Dignity Health today at: 8689 West Charleston Blvd. Las Vegas NV. 89117. Previous blood tests here showed high cholesterol levels, in our conversation today I asked if I could request some specific testing on my blood. Specifically fractionated SD – LDL cholesterol panel and a few hormone tests. His response was a bit shocking and unexpected. Dr. Kurt Von Hartleben said he would not request specific basic blood tests for me unless I was having some problems.(evidently you got to wait until there’s a problem to run a test. IDK) Dr. Kurt Von Hartleben stated I would have to pay for the tests personally, to which I replied I would. (obviously more concerned about my finances than my well-being. Or just intimidating me if I couldn’t afford it.)Then he said he would not request specific test at all and I would need to request them from the lab directly. (The lab in their office directly next-door) Looking back at my first lab tests, I realize now that he never requested the hormone levels I asked for initialy. Dr. H didn’t inform me at my first appointment that he would not order specific blood tests he just didn’t. His attitude on this makes no sense to me. If you’re someone that’s gonna be proactive for your health I highly recommend you find another option. if you’re going in for reactive healthcare from an illness or such I couldn’t give you an opinion on that. Hope this helps,Good day.

Came here for several years. Never got to see the same Dr. twice due to the high turn over of Dr.s. Then twice I didn't get my bill for the copay for months...they immediately began calling saying my $15 co pay was late. When I called they said they had sent it 3 times times. I would have believed that maybe they got list in the mail except this scenario happened more than once.. I like the hospital on Warm Springs, but not this location

DO NOT SET UP AUTO DEBIT AT THIS HOSPITAL THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! They took 250 more than they should have long after my bill was paid in full, even after numerous calls from me to stop the auto debit. This has been an issue since last year and I still haven't gotten my money back! Do not trust this hospital's billing department AT ALL I if I knew they would steal money thru auto debit I would've let my bill default and dealt with an collections agency instead.

I loved this place from the second I walked in. The front desk staff was so polite and welcoming, Dr. Vancise is personable and listens, unfortunately she’s retiring this month 😭 and from my appointment to when I walked out was 23 minutes. Incredible for a doctors office.

I made an appointment 21 days ago to see The doctors for me and my wife. I called the main number yesterday on 06/12/18 and was advised to show togheter at 7:30 in the morning. On arrival at the Charleston location, we were told that the appointment was two hours later. This office and the staff at this location are unprofessional and out right rude, including the manager Emilia Lee Israel. I have left server alone massages with her to call be back with negative results. DO NOT use this location or deal with this health group.

😠 If you can, try to go somewhere else, this place is a joke. Do not respect people's time. I get it sometimes the are delays being seen, but 3 hours is unacceptable. This is the second time that it has happened. When you ask the check in people they react like they don't care one bit.
