Suffered
a
Torn
achillies
the
night
before.
Thought
about
going
to
urgent/quick
care
but
knew
iwill
need
referral
to
orthopedic.
Literally
hopped
into
the
facility
to
see
my
primary
doc.
2
patients
before
me
were
complaining
about
their
care
and
upset
with
whatever.
Didnt
pay
attention
except
the
way
the
staff
treated
them...not
outwardly
rude
but
indifferent
and
unhelpful.
Of
course
i
was
only
worried
about
my
injury,
so
theres
no
way
they
would
treat
me
like
that.
Wrong!
They
just
dont
care
who
u
are.
I
get
called
and
learn
the
facility
doesnt
have
xray,
medical
supplies
to
even
put
my
leg
in
a
splint
or
crutches
to
borrow.
Got
a
perscription
for
crutches
(yeah)
but
isnt
covered
at
walgreens..have
to
find
a
med
supply
store.
Of
course
didnt
know
that
going
in,
kinda
assumed
my
primary
care
would
be
able
to
handle
some
of
it.
Asked
the
help
at
the
desk
and
received
generic
"we
dont
know
anything
"
kinda
answers.
Thank
goodness
for
google.
The
front
desk
people
either
are
not
very
knowledgeable
or
just
not
helpful,
maybe
a
bad
day.
Received
my
referral,
then
Doc
Wheeled
me
to
the
lobby.
i
had
to
hop
to
my
car
on
my
own
without
a
wheelchair,
crutches
or
splint
for
my
torn
achillies.
I
guess
not
the
most
compassionate
people
but
it
was
their
lunch
hour.
At
the
end
of
it
all,
doc
suggested
i
go
to
urgent
care
to
get
splint,
xrays
and
crutches.
So
dont
go
to
dignity
if
u
need
anything
done
for
u
except
a
referral.
Needless
to
say,
i
will
be
changing
my
doctor
and
not
planning
on
coming
back
to
this
place.
Go
to
urgent
care
before
even
considering
coming
to
this
facility,
so
u
wont
waste
all
your
time.
