had
high
expectations
for
my
visit,
but
unfortunately,
I
encountered
multiple
issues
that
greatly
impacted
my
overall
experience.
Firstly,
the
air
conditioning
in
my
room
was
extremely
poor,
with
no
proper
airflow.
It
was
impossible
to
sleep
comfortably,
and
I
spent
restless
nights
during
my
stay.
I
brought
this
to
the
attention
of
the
front
desk
staff,
but
no
satisfactory
solution
was
provided.
Secondly,
the
room
had
a
musty,
unpleasant
odor,
and
it
was
quite
evident
that
it
had
not
been
properly
cleaned
before
my
arrival.
The
level
of
cleanliness
was
far
below
the
standard
I
expected
from
a
hotel
of
your
reputation.
In
addition,
I
was
disappointed
to
find
that
there
was
no
toothbrush
provided,
an
essential
item
that
should
be
available
to
all
guests.
These
issues
significantly
impacted
my
comfort
and
enjoyment
during
my
stay
at
your
hotel.
As
a
valued
customer,
I
kindly
request
that
you
take
appropriate
measures
to
address
and
rectify
these
problems,
to
ensure
that
future
guests
do
not
face
similar
inconveniences.
I
look
forward
to
hearing
from
you
regarding
the
steps
you
will
take
to
resolve
these
issues,
and
I
hope
that
you
will
consider
offering
some
form
of
compensation
for
the
discomfort
I
experienced.
