REALLY
GROSS
This
place
was,
for
us,
disgusting.
There
was
hair
in
the
bed-sheets,
they
clearly
had
not
been
washed.
We
IMMEDIATELY
left
and
asked
for
a
refund.
The
owner
claims
in
his
reply
that
we
stayed
24
hours,
but
in
fact
we
left
within
15
minutes
of
our
arrival,
and
we
have
already
told
him
this
twice.
The
owner
first
said
that
the
maid
must
have
just
not
run
a
lint-roller
over
the
sheets,
and
then
said
they
would
only
give
us
a
refund
if
we
GAVE
THEM
A
SIGNED,
NOTARIZED
CONTRACT
promising
to
NOT
leave
a
review,
or
let
anyone
we
KNOW
leave
a
review,
on
this
property.
Now
I
think
I
know
why
this
place
is
strangely
absent
of
negative
reviews.
This
is
the
exact
text
of
his
email
to
us:

would
like
to
offer
you
a
refund
of
your
previous
booking
if
you
remove
your
combined
negative
google
reviews
and
commit
to
not
leaving
any
reviews
after
your
refund
has
been
issued.
We
further
require
your
guarantee
that
none
of
your
party
will
leave
reviews
on
our
property,
nor
be
able
to
book
with
us
again
in
the
future.

We
are
sorry
you
had
a
bad
experience,
but
these
reviews
go
beyond
your
experience
and
are
unethical,
casting
an
unrealistic
review
on
our
business.
