I didn't want to give any stars!!! The room was disgusting,had roaches, think also bed bugs,plus all manner of other bugs. The room smelled funky and wasn't completely finished,the wall's were slopply painted and unfinished,aswell as two different colors...it was dirty,no mirror. The window was busted out and covered with a black garbage bag,the door was very hard to open,and only had one lock,the chain on the inside was broken so it couldn't be used,so we felt unsafe! The shower didn't have a real shower head and the curtian wouldn't stay up so the floor got soaked....the commode barley flushed at all...the blinds were all tore up aswell. The owners were nice enough when taking my money but when I went in to ask if I could get a discount or something on another room for the next day because of the way the room I had was they got very standoffish and refused to really even hear me. When we left I called alil later and they said WE DON'T WANT YOU TO COME BACK....thats sad because they used to be really nice people but not now. I swear being in jail was nicer then this place is and that's really really sad.

rooms not cleaned.... Heater sounded and smelled awful until I did some free house keeping and checked the state of the filter and the result was similar to a barber shop floor after a long day.

First night stained sheets on the be..i had no choice but stay here we got flooded out of our house..I'm on a fixed income..people smoking cigarettes and their pot you can smell in through the walls.told the lady at the desk nothing was done about it..a cardboard box would have been better than this..I WOULD NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE COME BACK HERE can't sleep because people slaming doors all day and all night inside and outside doors to cars gggg wizzzz..they need to be shut down..can't even plug anything in the walls because if falls right back out..no fire alarm in the room..BE CAREFUL PEOPLE..!!!

We go to Biffs everytime we are in from Kentucky. Love their breakfast, hamburgers and tatertots. And just nice place to sit down with your family and eat. Love all the old photos

Relaxing place . Besides road traffic I am very pleased with my stay at Biffs. The staff is nice and friendly. I will definitely stay here again when I am passing through.

... I don't want to say too much right now... But it was pretty bad... I'm actually going to talk to Biff and see if he may be interested in a deal to fix the place up... Seems to be a really good dude... He's not a youngster and I feel like he may be just unable to keep the maintenance up on the place... Maybe we can help each other out while my house is being renovated.

Let me tell you guys something. If you've got yourself a fistey little hoodrat, and your trying to get a little action. Then this place is prefect for you. I've booked rooms here many of times, and never had any issues. In fact I've met plenty of wholesome people at this little gem. Do yourself a favor, if you need a place for some extracurricular activities, then lay your weary head down at Biffs. Plus it's cheap yo.

it is a clean small no frills place to lay your head. management was very friendly. cash only though. would stay again.

Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Staff will throw you out, rummage your belongings then tell you to come get your things after they have thrown them in the dumpster so they can have you arrested.

I live very close to biffs unfortunately I have seen this place go from a pretty damn good place down to the lowest that I think any place could go the roaches will carry you out of the room there are no smoke detectors no TV I've seen them put used sheets back on a bed it's 100% horrible but for $50 a night what do you expect

Very nice staff. The rooms aren't the best but the place makes up for that with very good people. Its private and small so there isn't much to deal with. Its hidden little gem in my opinion.

Never answers the phone and the rooms gives horror movie vibes. There's no TV!!! Honestly never seen anyone else stay there.
