Owner randomly goes in rooms, look what is in our private things, very dirty, I dont like it

The place is a real dump, owner charges money for broken things that were already broken. Our toilet seat was a bit damaged to the point where we just broke it completely, and the next day the owner while we were away took photos of it and told that the toilet seat costs 160euros which was a plain plastic one with out even a stopper/brakes. Its a nice place and all, but who would like to throw random money away. The owner comes and searches our belongings and throws some of the stuff on the floor. We had breakfast each morning there, and it was below mid. Kačok Pidar. Visi zaļi un tad ir šreks :)

The owner came in the rooms while we weren’t there. Went through personal belongings. While staying there the toilet seat broke, and we were forced to pay premium price for it when it can be bought for 4 times less price and way too much money for damages that were there before, for example electricity sockets and light switches.

The owner came in our room while we weren't there with out any permission. Took some photos of things that he tought is broken, but actually it was that way when we got there. And those things weren't that broken at all. It was electrical sockets that wasn't fully attached to the wall (they were that way in every single room, and to me seems like owners problem). Then there was a toilet seat which was soo cheap that attachment broke by just simply using it. IN TOTAL FOR THOSE SMALL DAMAGES WE HAD TO PAY 210€ / 1010 RON. Absolutley ridiculous. He warned us that he will call the police if we don't pay. Also there wasn't enought places to put our stuff. We had to keep it in our bags the whole week. Zero out of ten. If those electrical sockets isn't FULLY AND BEAUTIFULLY attached to the wall, please show this comment to the owner and call the police.

Great value for money. The owner is always on top of things. Living conditions are great. Shared fully kitted kitchen and dinning room. Spot on.

Camerele sunt foarte curate! Pensiunea este foarte bine incalzita. Este o bucatarie comuna, care are tot ce ai nevoie. Se afla pe drumul spre Straja, deci se poate ajunge foarte usor in parcare sau la gondola.
