I highly recommend the Pilates Workshop to anyone who wishes to discover or improve their skills in the discipline. The teaching is as rigorous as it is friendly and the small groups really allow you to learn and progress quickly.

Real classes during which students, a maximum of 6, are corrected in their postures so that the deep muscles work with each exercise.
