The cheeses were delicious and the waiter serving us made it such a fun and enjoyable night. It was more than just having some cheese; it was an *experience*. I would highly recommend it to anyone (and will make sure to come back the next time we are visiting Maastricht).♡

Wonderful location and friendly staff! The cheese is great and the wines as well. We had the 6 step taster menue and loved every single cheese and the wine/Port selection was very fitting. Would come back, no doubt.

Nice bar in the centre of Maastricht, with an amazing atmosphere in (what I think personally) the nicest street of Maastricht. Good for some nice wine and cheese but also really nice to have a drink at night!

The onion soup is so good!! I always come back for their cheese and the ability to make your own cheese platter, so good! And they serve Paix Dieu which is a win win. Service was a bit slow and not enchanting, and we waited for the food more than 20 mins, that was the downside.

Went here with my family and we were thoroughly impressed. The food was great, the ambiance was great, and the service was excellent. Our waiter took the time to explain the entier menu to us in English and made good recommendations. Highly recommend.

The Koestraat is one of the oldest and most picturesque streets of Maastricht with romantic restaurants and taverns to sit down and enjoy a good glass of craft beer. The cheese board we ordered was absolutely delicious 😋

Randomly ended up here. Lucky me, I love cheese! The selection was impressive, fortunately the super nice waiter could help out in choosing. Really nice atmosphere on top of that. Highly recommended.

Cheese board, soft drink and beer on tap came to under 30 Euro. Had a selection of six excellent cheeses with bread and a couple jams. All very flavorful and went together nicely. The beer was a tasty dubbel they have on tap. The server was very friendly and helpful and spoke great English. Overall, a wonderful visit. Will definitely return.

Great cheeses! We've become regular customers over the course of a year. It's been a success every time. The terrace is very small, so in summer outside seating it is a little bit limited. Nevertheless the cheeses (that's what it's all about) are great. They have a great arsenal of special beers and other alcoholics to accompany the cheeses. Last but not least, the people are friendly!
