We found out the next day that we paid for drinks that we did never ordered or had, management are also arrogant people. Keep the money but lost us from coming ever again.

Too long to serve the food and needed to ask to take order to 3 times.. the first two staff passed it to someone else and didn't come. And we asked for an extra plate but never came. The food itself was good but not really worth waiting for. Drink came pretty fast and the starter came after 30-45 mins. Then the main dish came after 1h from the starter... we already felt so full after waiting for that long. I was so disappointed with the reason "because it's Saturday" when the other customer who came much later than us had the main dish at the same timing with us. Also, wanted to be reminded that Mayo for the fritt costs €1. Wasn't happy when leaving.

I had very disappointing birthdays dinner experience here. We were celebrating my bfs birthday so when he was at the toilet I asked the waitress is there something for a birthday person. She said she can do ice cream with fireworks and maybe also have birthday card from the restaurant and she was gonna do it after the main dish. We waited quite a long time after the main dish but at the end she didn’t do anything. I didn’t feel like asking again for it in front of my bf and it was also difficult to ask for a bill ( no waitress was around us for a long time) so we simply paid and left the restaurant. I would say if you don’t do anything, just don’t say that you would do something. I would never want to come here for a special occasion again. The food was good here but the service of the waitress was very poor. She didn’t even ask if the food was okay. I don’t know why we even tip them.

Waited for one hour and never got what we order . I do not recommend this place .

Lovely food but the staff stole the show. 2 lovely young girls looked after us so well despite being very busy. Really lived it.

The food, the service, and the vibe are great. I ordered an onion soup and the Macho steak with salad and fries. They were great. I would recommend my friends to have a meal here.

We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant! We came in a large group, but the service was great and food came quickly. A wonderful range of local and vegan/vegetarian options that were delicious. The waitresses were super friendly.

Two of us ordered Chicken Saté and both had food poisoning the same evening. But the cafe was very kind and reached out the next day and checked the kitchen to see if everything is in date. Good customer service on their behalf and very respectful communication.

Very nice place with good ambiance and the food is very good too. Sometimes it's difficult to get hold of a waiter but when you get someone they are very friendly. Gluten free was no problem at all.

The people here are great. Very friendly and efficient. The restaurant is superbly decorated and on one of the hottest of days the air con kept us really comfortable. Our welcome was very warm and friendly. All the staff were courteous and helpful and the food was just superb. Well done to all.

Food was great tasting and plentiful. Service was a bit slow but picked up quite fast once we mentioned it. Prices are more than reasonable and the location is great.

Had a good experience first and second time. 3rd time, it was very busy in the late afternoon so while the burger was good, It took a while to arrive and when it did, it was lukewarm so i was kinda bummed out about that

Great place to go if you want the true Dutch food experience. Being one of the best restaurant in Maastricht, they not only offer their best food but their wide variety of beverages. One thing that is a let down is it is quite pricey.

Requested a beer and bitterballen. 45 minutes later, the waiter said he'd neglected to order it and the kitchen was now closing. Whatever. I live two blocks away, am local, never again!

Food was really good en the service was fast and friendly. Their burger is very tasty. My only pet peeve was that the fries were not crispy and the burger bun was a bit flakey. These are minor things that can be easily improved ( I hope). I look forward to visiting again in the near future

Expensive for what you get and the food was not so good. The Salat was bad, the saté was better.

Food was good and liked the sate chicken specialty dish. There were 4 of us and we each ordered an entre so they provided us with a large basket of fries. The service wasn't so great. Took a long time to order and they weren't open to providing tap water to drink.

The place next to townhall Maastricht. It is nice place to enjoy sunny day and the atmosphere of Maastricht. I was back here to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner in three days in a row. The workers are friendly. They have good quality of coffe and also their home-made tea is very fresh. The price is reasonable. One more, they have delicious and fresh salad as side dish. I ate steak there, the meat was good. I ate bread for lunch also good. I ate eismijter for breakfast. They serve decafe coffe. Sure will be back there if visit Maastricht again.

Typical European service. Good location. Accepts credit cards which is a plus for me. I had the burger and it came with fries and a salad. The burger was very close to what you expect in America. Although it’s very typical that the pickle was sweet not normal hamburger dill slices we are used to. But It was well made with a sesame seed bun and American style cheese. Very good. My partner has the salmon and it was also very nice. We sat outside and there were heaters. Got to take in all the action of the market square. The inside of the restaurant surprised me. I didn’t expect it to be as nice and busy as it was. I only went in to use the toilet. No QR codes requested. And no staff wearing masks. Menu is quite varied. We will come back here for sure.
