I ordered dinner takeaway directly through the Stoof website then walked over to pick it up. The food was ready quickly, packaged nicely, and tasted fantastic. The owner, John, is friendly and the vibe inside the bar/restaurant is very nice. We’ll definitely go back for a meal at the restaurant soon!

Amazing stews. The lamb one is a great one. Also the asian pork one. They have the most amazing breads. The people are warm and welcoming.

My friend and I absolutely loved this place. Great food and drink! Relaxed atmosphere! Super friendly service! Clean and maintained. They have a garden for sitting in the summer. Some work can be done on the interior to make it a bit cozier but it did not affect our enjoyment. I recommend a visit and will come again.

Tasty and authentic Irish stew, among others. Served with nice warm crusty bread and coleslaw. Nice wines for pairing too. Well worth a visit for some good home cooking.

Little gem restaurant serving a great selection of stews, and some very nice local and regional breweries. Very relaxed atmosphere with nice music selection.

I visited this place and tried the proeverij, where 2 people can choose 3 kinds of stews to share from a pool of around 12 kinds (2 of them had only vegetables). We chose the vlaamse stoofvlees, one with pork in creamy herbs and an eastern yellow curry with oyster mushrooms. They were all very delicious and unique in their flavour. All came with boiled potatoes and some veggies. I would give 6 stars if possible, also the service was very friendly.

I ate this lamb stew and goes well with pilsner beer. They uses spices like nutmegs and black pepper that bring fragrant nutty smell to the lamb and enhance the flavor as well. You can choose with different carbs such as rice, potato etc here I chose rice. Delicious food and good hospitality by the restaurant.

Food was excellent and enough for two people with a social deal. Should be recommended for the welcoming service.

I ordered takeout yesterday and I was impressed by the wide variety of stews on the menu, all from different corners of the world. I decided to try the goulash, and I was not disappointed. The meat was perfectly cooked and tender, the sauce was rich and flavorful. The quality of the bread was also good, and I liked the possibility to add bread, potatoes, rice and pasta to your stew for free, so you can try different combinations e find the best one for you. Also the staff and the owner are very friendly. The packaging was well made and easy to transport.
