The experience here was very nice. I needed to get a meal quickly before catching a train and the staff were very considerate to get me my meal as quick as possible. Very nice experience in this restaurant with the food being great, area cleaned and staff very friendly.

Food was hot, nothing was missing from my order.. It wasn't too busy but I don't mind waiting if it means my food is hot. Nice and friendly staff, would definitely visit here again.

Great as every other McDonald's. The only problem is that it is very hard to see it from the outside and that you have to pay to use the toilets

Very lovely quaint McDonalds, seems to never be crowded, and has a pretty big and clean toilet. Location is brilliant right in the city centre within walking distance to the train/intl bus station and most shops. Staff are really friendly too, and of course the food is the best :)

A nice McDonald’s with good atmosphere. They have self order machines both for take away and delivery. Stuffs are nice and helpful.

This is pretty much your generic McDonalds experience, and that's not a bad thing. Assuming you like the food offered and the price point, this restaurant will be good. Order time will vary between 2-10 minutes depending on staff but overall your food will get to you quickly. Food quality is good and you should have no problems enjoying your meal, assuming you like the flavor profile.

it's what you would expect when you get into a McDonald's, the menu is avaliable both in english and dutch so it is convenient and the food delivery is super fast

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and we found a table easily even though many people were in the restaurant for lunch. Dutch only McDonald's items are very tasty and fry sauce is a must. Screens for ordering have many language options and the order was prepared fairly quickly.

As usual this brand is famous for its quick and nice ready food.

The worst McDonald's in the whole world. The service has big problems, waiting 20 minutes for a single cheesburger to take away is not acceptable and this is the official standard there. Being served in less than 20 minutes is impossible even if you order just a glass of Coca Cola Where is the manager!?

Went there and ordered my menu as take-away. As soon as I arrived at the hotel I sadly figured out, that items were missing and also wrong. Walked back to the restaurant and asked politely for a correction. Two managers had a quite strong discussion between them selves and my order got prepared within 10mins. Received the order but tjere was no apology, no discount, no new items, nothing. Quite disappointing experience to be honest. I don't think I'll go back there nor will I recommend that restaurant.

Well staffed but badly cordinated. Ordered a small chicken burger and a mcflurry. The mcflurry is done before I reached the pickup counter but it stayed in the warm kitchen for like 5 minutes since I guess they are waiting for the chicken burger to be done. When I get it, it's already half melted...very sadning. The chicken patty is overcooked and tasted burned. The sweet chilly sauce tried but the bitter tastes of the burn patty is just way too penetrating... I am already went too far away from the restaurant but I would ask for a change or a refund for the burger... There are enough workers on the counter but very bad coordination. Nobody is keep track on what is finished and can be delivered but wait until the order in the front being done. Everyone is walking around but to be honest, no efficiency at all... Very disappointing visit.

Great spot to eat. Staff was friendly and rather quick regarding the food. The tables were cleaned regularly too. Air-conditioning was a little on the chilly side, which caused my hamburger to cooldown a bit faster (I think). However, the food in general was really good
