I currently live in the United States and I’ve been in many hotels in my life, basically I’ve been in more 20 countries like Italy, France, Germany, Spain, China, Russia and etc. My family and I had to stay here for 10 days and we didn’t see a single thing go wrong. Not only nothing went wrong, but also everything was absolutely perfect. We used the breakfast buffet and the restaurant every day. The breakfast buffet Variety was fine but the quality was great, which all the jams, butter, cream and cheese were homemade. Also, the menu of the restaurant variety was fine and the quality was great but they provided us anything that we asked for, even though was not in the menu! Surprisingly, this was the only hotel in Iran that faculty were absolutely professional. Even though, I had a surgery and we needed special care and services, they provided the very best things that was possible. Long story short, the hotel is great and the faculty are awesome, they will do anything, that is their responsibility or not, to make staying as comfortable as possible.

On paper, this hotel has all the amenities that a 5-star hotel should have. But the quality of the rooms, restaurants, coffee shop and cleanliness is lower than most similarly-ranked hotels in this city. We had to call room service upon arrival to clean the toilet - don't let the "disinfected" sign fool you. The bathroom turned into a wet mess after each shower. The AC was weak, and the quality of items in the room minibar was very low. Anyway, the best thing about this place is its location. It only takes a couple of minutes to walk to the holy shrine. And that may be enough to decide.

Very disappointed, had thought highly about this hotel but wish had booked elsewhere. First night couldn't sleep due to AC system being under our window, all night had like a v8 engine running under our window, this is the last thing we needed after 18 hours flight from Australia. In the morning I reported the issue to the reception staff only to have them talking in their language and laughing instead of helping us and turning around talking to his colleagues while we are talking to him, rudely enough he says no one complains and that I m been sensitive, even though I showed him the video of the recording clearly indicating the issue. Will never consider this hotel in the future.

I stayed in this hotel in Dec 22. It is one of several luxury hotels in the holy city of Mashhad. The staff are very polite and most of them speak Arabic and some English. The food at breakfast is good and variable to satisfy all tastes, though I missed sliced fruits, perhaps it wasn’t the season for fruits. There are three other restaurants serving lunch and dinner. The one on the roof was closed but the other two served excellent authentic Iranian food. I highly recommend this hotel, especially that it is few steps away from the holy Shrine of Imam Reza and there are many high quality shops to buy leather products and other Iranian products at very reasonable price for foreigners.

This hotel is newly built and is very close to the shrine of Imam Reza. Excellent staff, very orderly and clean. If there is a problem at any time, the staff of this hotel will guide you well. The restaurant and coffee shop inside the hotel are of acceptable quality and the hotel rooms have three types of Iranian-Arabic and Moroccan architecture. This hotel is definitely the best choice you can have among the hotels in Mashhad.

Restaurants have entrance fee, AC is really bad and make you sick. Mini bar items are very low. I don't recommend this.

Air-condition was old and only blowing hot air. No temperature controller. We needed to either turn off the aircon or have it running and open the window to balance the temperature. Very uncomfortable in the winter. Definitely not a 5 star hotel with really poor air conditioning system. Avoid this hotel by all means.

Unfortunately we had the worst experience with this hotel specially the staff. We did not only pay a lot of money for one night but also lost a lot of time. I and my family wish the experience we had with this hotel won’t happen to anyone else.

Deserves more than 5 stars ! Very spacious , clean , the staff are helpful, professional and neat. The rooms are comfortable, they accommodated us very well, although it was high season and the hotel was almost full but it was very well taken care of. The food buffet is good and has a lot of variety that fits every taste wether iranian, lebanese, iraqi ... The pool was for free, there's a jaccuzzi, a sauna and a massager both for men and women separately of course.

we've been there twice hotel cleanliness, rooms and staff are well but breakfast and coffee shop quality and interior design can be improved in comparison with other five star hotel in the city. one of the nearest to ImamReza holy shrine. good room service, free minibar (this date), good room serving food with valuable prices.

Rooms are rather small. If you go there try to a suite it would be much better.

It's not that we expected especially because of air conditioning. Unfortunately seems like the hotel has one universal cooling/ heating system and cannot be adjusted individually. We were there in winter and as you all can assume, it was HOT! Air conditioning aside, staff treated us with respect, breakfast menu was good with a variety of options and the restaurant catered delicious pizzas. One last note don't get the rooms encircling the central hall, they practically had no working windows

I stayed about 4 days ,and Madinahalreza was chosen for the second time by me. I would like to thank all the teams. Describing this hotel should be addressed by visitors. All staff were friendly and always made an effort to assist with a smile. This hotel is located in a place which is very close to Imam Reza Holy SHrine. It is decorated and designed by professional groups. Although the room was small, you can experience the relaxed atmosphere all day and night. About amenities : the swimming pool was clean and free during our stay. A traditional restaurant made tasty food such as Dizi. One of the restaurants which is called Turning restaurant was not as good as others. However the price was ideal and perfect. In my point of view, Breakfast was complete and diverse. If I want to travel to Mashhad again, I will definitely choose this hotel.
