The hotel is very good . There are two part the old part and the renewed one which is little more expensive almost by third. Staff are very nice and helpful . The hotel have parking and a garden. Brakefast is very good. I paid around 33 dollar per night I stayed in ground floor. I was 8 to 15 minutes to reach the holy shrine depending on the street crowdedness. They only thing I did not like about the hotel is the internet is free for certain capacity of MB then they will cahrge you.

Well done renewed hotel with good staff. The room was excellent for the price I paid. Hotel is just couple of minutes walk to "Holy Shirin Imam Reza". I enjoyed and will recommend if your main reason is "ziyarat Imam Reza"

Rooms are very noisy...Food is the same everyday with very limited choices. 30 minutes walk to shrine. Clean hotel.

The hotel is clean and the staffs are polite, the bees are comfortable and the breakfast is acceptable. It is less than 5 minutes away from the Holy shrine.

Not bad, But old hotel

I stayed here for 3 nights. I can't say my stay was pleasant at all. I was solo and it was important that they had a decent working wifi which they didn't. It never connected and they cap your data to 250MB(750mb for 3 nights) per day which is plain ridiculous. The staff were good and polite, no doubt there. The food is mediocre and same everyday (breakfast). Another thing was because i was solo they gave me a bad room compared to the price im paying (30 dollars a night) cuz the room had the worst placements for electric outlets and the AC was hidden behind the curtains. So you either stay cool and have no privacy or sweat and have privacy. So many little things piled up to make my stay unpleasant and i preferred staying out more. Its a fair distance to the holy shrine, not too far and not too near. I hope they make their services better and put the guest first.

Beautiful, nice & clean. Built within the local bazaar. Close to the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali Raza (AS). Great staff, very friendly. Highly recommended.

Service is very very bad. We were sick at the hotel and they were complaining about where to throw up but it’s not up to us. They charged us to a dirty carpet but they never brought it back to the room. So basically we paid for nothing we were walking without a carpet in the room. The toilets are at their worst conditions, they smell bad all the time as you live in toilet not a hotel room. As well as the sink seems to be kinda closed and filled so the water takes very long to get soaked up. The cleaning staff are rude they don’t want to work ( bring water or change the towels ) and when you ask them they act rude and they say bad things about you in their language. They don’t allow you to have food as take away. They say they will bring garbage bags but they never do. Most of the staff are bias towards Arab people. You come here to visit the Imam, but it’s uncomfortable staying in this hotel try to avoid it at all costs.
