The Al-Ghars Well (بئر غرس) is a historical Sources narrated that Malik bin Al Nahhat dug the Ghars Well. The grandfather of Sa'ad bin Khaythamah bin Al Harith, the later of whom owned the well when he hosted Prophet Muhammad ( peace be upon him) during the Hijra ( migration) from Makkah to Madinah. The Prophet Muhammad ( peace be upon him) was said to have drank water and perform ablution from the well. He dreamed that he took his position on a well from Paradise, In the morning. He took his position on Ghars Well. The Prophet instructed Ali bin Abi Talib to wash him, after he demise, with seven waterskins from Ghars Well. He attributed the well to himself, referring to it as "my well" Source: Heritage Commission, Saudi Arabia.
