Hotel very dirty with dirty sheets on bed, room and bathroom was disgusting, the toilet hadn’t been cleaned in months. The food was very poor and nothing looked inviting so didn’t eat anything, to get a coffee was like a nightmare. I strongly recommend , give this hotel a big miss

Not recommeded. Very poor service, room seems to be satisfactory (talking about a sea sight room) but no facilities in there, for example if it happens you are in the room and think to take a shower, here is a friendly advice : "don't do it!!" The water is really undrinkable and unusable by far due to the huge amount of salt in it...Talking about the buffet, an extremely poor food in there :" no good taste, not even the tiny scent of a good meal!!"...Eventually, i would like to say that my experience with this hotel was really a bad one and please think twice before choosing this so called unfortunately "four stars" hotel!!!

Pluses:beach,green territory,cleaning every day,free - safebox,wi-fi,tv,conditioner;enough food,good quality of food(no problem with stomach),enough cutlery;nice personal. Free drinks:wine and bear,water. Minuses: no animation;only melon from fruits;miss breakfast cereal;miss mix of salads;no English channel on tv. Summary:hotel is old,but personal try to keep it well.Hope now it more ⭐️⭐️⭐️ recommend for a quiet vacation.Take with you shampoo and shower gel.Near you have a good bar at the conner of the hotel if you want a party tonight,but for a additional fee. The biggest disappoint for me - from fruits only melons.And no english channel on tv. Looked on the pictures - the year ago it was looking better.Difficult guess what will be next year.Regress or owner makes conclusions

It's the most disgusting hotel i've seen in my entire life, and trust me, i've seen some. No hygenic, food is infected , pool is tiny small and crowded with kids (no surveillance) , service is under the 0 point, no security at all, everyone could enter the hotel anytime especially the night and the guests are disgusting and rude .. and on top of all of that, it was one of the most expensive in that period of time (aug-sept). Don't waste your money and time.

The staff couldn't have done more for us while we where there. Treated so lovely. Rooms need some work and the photos of rooms we saw where not what we were given. Was a lovely time though. Thank u x

Dirty Hotel 🤮 the owner is rude and not a welcoming person !! The rooms are not clean and not well equipped !! The breakfast and the diner are a joke; you won t find any choice and the food is not good (I advice you not to stay and this hotel at all) Horrible service

Impossibly loud and dissrespectful place. Arabic techno music, with massive bass capabilities, plays all night long (10pm-6am) every night, disturbing entire area and other hotels guests and completely disregarding pleas to tone this noise down.

Pillow cases not changed, no sweet water at rooms, water cuts many times a day, Single bed are broken, dinner and breakfast buffet are very poor, cheese tastes like butter. Personal is very nice. Night animation every night. Beach is wonderful.

Better off not visiting the hotel if you are English as they do not understand you. Food is awful have eat nothing since we arrived so if you want to loose wait ideal. Awful smell of damp in the hotel and staff not helpful at all

+ welcoming staff - bathrooms are dirty - air conditioner not working - no internet / wifi doesn't have access to internet - indoor swimming pool is cold ( should be warm at this time of the year). - the balcony door can't be closed and anyone can jump in from another room. - lightning doesn't work correctly, some light bulbs do not function. - food is not good.

Cheap cheerful hotel lovely big rooms and warm. Reception and bar good but not too warm in the evening. Food good service really nice staff very helpful. Would stay again liked it and the beach area lovely.. Owner has his little dogs with him hes set in his ways but ok to chat too. In all music good bar service well run..

The hotel is beautiful and I am very satisfied. All the people and the service is absolutely fantastic. They always helped us carry things and luggage to the room. The staff is very kind and friendly. The rooms are clean and nice. The food is great and there is a lot of choice. I recommend it to everyone and I would love to come back again!

Firstly the alone hotel as a building is in some older oriental style which may not be in everyone’s favourite but I found it very nice and relaxing. First thing you’ll see is the stunning entrance hall, all made from nice looking stone with large chandeliers. Rooms are quite spacious with a large wardrobe and oriental chest so there’s no any chance you’ll find yourself with a lack of storing space. Second, main and most imortant is the hotel stuff. That warm, hearty and wonderfoul people. From receptionists, chefs, animators all the way to cleaning ladies, nothing but the words of praise. Been and worked at many places but this will be unsurpassed for a long time for sure!! It might not seems super nice on booking sites and reviews but I assure you, give it a try, feel its magic and you won’t regret.

Low cost accommodation, at least in March, for large rooms and a delightful swimming pool area. The appearance is of a run-down 4 star hotel, desperately in need of investment. I used it as a base for sightseeing in Tunis. The staff do their best but being required to serve such an awful breakfast, for example, there's a limit to what they can do.

I had daily passes to spend the day on thd beach. swimming pool is crowded with kids. the beach bar service is very slow with very bad food. I do not recommend it.

I highly don’t recommend this hotel to anyone, to put you in context i went to pass a day in there with my family thinking it was a good choice but it was the complete opposite, when we first arrived at this horrible hotel at 9:30am the guard at the entry did not let us park our car in the hotel’s secured parking lot even though they’re clearly unoccupied places which forced us to park it in an unsecured place leaving it there all day , and what shocked me more that that guard had the audacity to tell us that we had to wait for another whole 30 minutes under the hot sun even though it’s clearly written in the board next to him that we can enter from 9 am to 7 pm , luckly after convincing him he let us enter .the biggest shock is that when we went to the pool we saw people like us who are also only staying for the day and let us not talk about how extremely small that pool is , how loud and disturbing that arabic techno music that we were forced to listen to for the whole day, how small the place around the pool is that we had to sit on the grass that got our feet dirtied and let’s not mention that the pool smelled like urine from all those people drinking in the pool bar and doing their needs in the water. At the lunch time we had to call the waiter countless times in order for him to give us the menu card , all waiters were disrespectful and clearly drunk which made us so uncomfortable . He also told us that they had a chef that’s specialty is pizza but when we ordered one it was catastrophic it was thin burnt,small and a real small quantity of cheese and it was 30dt!!!!.To be honest the most fun part of the day was when we got out of that terrible hotel i advice you to not set a foot in there

i went with my family to spend the day at this hotel. when we arrived they didnt let us park our cars in the hotel even tho there were a lot of empty places so we searched for a place outside. then we enterred this “4 stars hotel” (after waiting for 10 minutes). the pool was literally small I have never seen such a small hotel’s pool in my life and there were no enough deckchairs or chairs so we kept looking for some ,on top of that we didnt get any help to find a place and to put our clothes. finally we found a place but unfortunately it wasnt next to the pool but in the garden we weren’t satisfied by this place however as I said we didnt have a choice we put our clothes and went to swim and i remind you that the pool was so small and there was a lot of disrespectful people + arabic techno music so its not a calm place to relax and have fun since this music is annoying,lound and frustrating. the beach is good to be honest even tho there are jellyfish. the lunch was catastrophic the waiter told us that the pizza is delicious and they have a good chef so we ordered pizza but the pizza was awful ( small, burned, small quantity of cheese and very very thin) and its for 30 dinars( which is equal to 10 dollars) !!!! its a literal skam the waiters are impolite and some of them are drunk!! the music is awful it doesnt match the vibe of the pool and the weather .we are really disappointed and we will never come back to this hotel, we didnt like it at all ,the service is terrible .This is my first time reviewing a hotel whether its good or not but this time i felt the need to talk , to give my honest opinion and especially to warn you guys. DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL!!!!!!

Let me start off by saying this was the most disgusting hotel i ever stayed in, the rooms were unclean, the staff were rude and drinking all over the place , some lights were not working at all , the entire parking space fits only 7 cars , the food is awful , and the people there are the most degenerate i’ve ever seen in my life , zero respect for anyone who’s staying there , the place was loud and unsettling, even at night you could hear everything from the surrounding rooms as if you were inside them , people were shouting at 4 A.M without regard for anyone.This place should be shut down, it’s a disgrace for tourism and hotel culture in tunisia , it’s literally a brothel disguised as a “ 4 stars hotel” this place should be investigated asap and i pray that you do not experience what i went through. Disgraceful.
