Price 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I booked 3 nights for 48 TND/Night (≃16 USD/Night in April 2019) only Breakfast included, this is considered cheap compared to other hotels so my review will take this factor into consideration. Location 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - The poolside is really cool, different types of chairs, tables, sofas... and it has an awesome view directly on the beach with a nice looking grass garden. - A bit far from amenities (like shops/restaurants...) closest street with shops etc. is about 1.5 Km away. Room 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - There's nothing much to complain about the room except the view, they said in the description of the hotel the view is either Sea-view or Garden-view, but this was neither of them. It's a bit disappointing; and it has no balcony. - Don't forget to ask for the TV's remote control from the receptionist if you need it, because you won't find it in the room :) - The lights in the room are a bit dim, this might not be an issue for most people but this was a little inconvenience for me. - The air conditioning unit works fine. Staff 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - I haven't encountered any issue with any of the staff members. They were polite, responsive and ready to help all the time. Food (Breakfast) 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - To be honest I didn't want to risk eating food at 3 star-hotel. So I chose to eat breakfast only. I don't think there's much wrong can happen here, it was good. There weren't so many options, I've seen better in other hotels but this was good enough. Hygiene 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I actually found the room pretty clean. there was dust on the chairs and tables by the poolside but it's not that big of a deal. Internet (WiFi) 2 ⭐️⭐️ Don't rely on the WiFi here, it doesn't do more than sending messages on Facebook/WhatsApp (If you are lucky) and it doesn't reach the room, so I highly recommend you have 4G mobile data with you. Mobile Signal 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The signal is pretty strong in most of the place (except the restaurant). I could reach up to 8 MB/s on Orange™️ 4G network in my room which is pretty impressive. Side note - The price of this hotel is considered cheap so expect to find some disrespectful customers, it was annoying to find some people talking loudly in the halls after 10 PM. (You might argue that this can happen even in highly rated hotels, but this is the first time I found it so disturbing). IMPORTANT NOTE ❗️ Please note that I came in the Spring so my review might have been entirely different if I came in the summer when this hotel is full of people. So read the feedback of people who came in the summer if you are planning to coming here then. Conclusion I didn't have high expectations when booking this hotel but it's actually a really good value for the money.

This hotel does not deserve 3 or even 2 stars. We have booked a 4 nights stay then after the 1st night we have cancelled our stay. Very poor conditions at the rooms. Air conditioner not working, we have asked for a twin bed we were offered a double one. Drinking water is too salty. Shampoos and conditioners not provided. The reception is too hot, no air conditioner there. No mini bar available at the room. We couldn't leave our car in the hotel's parking lot as it was full all the time. I would not recommend this hotel at all to anyone thinking about a long stay or even a one night stay.

What a pleasant surprise! We stayed in a basic room after the renovation, and it was great. All staff members were very welcoming and pleasant. We also enjoyed an evening out in their outdoors lounge - amazing relaxing ambience with fires and lanterns, nice menu of snacks and salads, and even live music in the middle of the week - very settle, not too loud, pleasant voice and repertoire. Definitely, this is our new go-to hotel again.

Great hotel and location is close to everything. As a diamond member we were upgraded to a very spacious room. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. Buffet breakfast had an excellent selection and well worth it. Will definitely stay again.

The personnels are friendly, but the hotel should be renovated especially the bathrooms. Meals should be more diverse. It offers a beautiful view to the beach. There is also a good indoor pool.

Never have I EVER set foot in such a run down, dirty hotel. Ever. The chair at the desk was devoid of the faux leather it once had. The other chair had foam coming out of it. The walls are all banged up. The lamp is for some reason rusty, as are the hanger hooks. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

It used to be nice but it certainly has not been maintained. Everything is old and dirty. No AC, it was hot and swarmed with mosquito and weeks after my stay I still have bruises on my skin from the bites. Every day they told us there’ll be AC tomorrow. No fridge as promised while booking. Half the time there was no towels. They’d take it but not replace it. The bathroom was really dirty. The shower curtain was disgusting. Never again.

Where do I start... staff helpful + friendly. Black mold in first bathroom, so I requested new room. Second room reeked of stale tobacco, but even the stench couldn't keep the roaches away. Husband went to lie down on bed, and one went crawling up wall. Grabbed luggage and to another place we went. If U like roaches and foul odors, you won't be disappointed.

Save your money and go else where, this is a dirty motel...I mean hotel. The carpets from the outside hallway to the inside of the rooms are dirty, with mysterious stains everywhere. We had to get our bathroom cleaned, carpet vacuumed and vents wiped down after we checked in. The motel, hotel is very poor quality for the $100+ per night rate. According to the front desk there were no other rooms available. Be ware, I warn you!!!

I have organised an event in this hotel and the staff was very professional, friendly and supportive. Hotel directly on the beach with rooms with nices views. Recommended for couples and group of friends. It is a very good place for partying too ;)

If travelling during a busy time, make sure and confirm your room type reservation. Made our reservation (2 full bed/pull out couch) 3 months in advance, booked direct through Extended Stay, pre-paid. Was very disappointed to get there and find out that they only had a single bed/pull out couch available. I was told that our reservation did not 'guarantee us that particular room, but just a room in the hotel', despite the fact that I was charged for the larger room. To their credit, the front desk did what they could, given the situation. Very disappointing.

I stayed here for work while I was in town. I was told my room would be ready by 3 so I could get ready in my room before work. My room was not ready till 2 hours later. When I asked to talk with a supervisor her name was Alyvia she made me feel as if I was an inconvenience. Just felt like because I wasnt a diamond member I wasnt a priority in the slightest. Really frustrating experience.

I don’t know what happened in the last few months. We usually visit this hotel on eastern coast travels, but this trip was unfortunate. We were planning to host our wedding here but due to the recent experience, this embassy suites has lost our business. Dirty towels, loud rooms, facilities not working, broken AC, etc.

the room smelled of mold upon entering, but I left the door open on the balcony for a couple hours to try and air it out with hopes i would be okay, but I still woke up sick and im in really good general health so this is pretty annoying to get sick from a musty/dank/moldy hotel room or its dirty air conditioner when on vacation. also found a bloody tissue in the middle of the floor in my room upon arrival. kind of want to sue for mold poisoning but I don't have the energy. I'd reccomend finding a different place to stay.

The reception staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the local area. I arrived a little too early, but my luggage was taken to my room once ready, while I explored the city. The room was modern and of a decent size. It had all the modern amenities you'd expect like Smart TV, ample plugs and USB points plus a few complimentary snacks too. The pool was really nice. I think I'd like to try the restaurant on my next visit, the food looked amazing. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would return again without hesitation.

Bed bugs infested place, we left the place earlier with bites all over the body, no refund. Rude front desk guy.

Everything was dirty, old and broken. It was not pleasing in any way. The shower and toilet were gross, beds old and moldy, windows broken, door didn’t work, smell was bad and the location was sketchy and far from the center. Not like the pictures at all i felt scammed

Outstanding hotel. Can’t fault any aspect of service, cleanliness and quality. All staff polite and courteous. Our three night stay will definitely be repeated in the not too distant future.

We enjoyed a lovely weekend at the hotel! The family rooms were gorgeous with an ocean view, a big balcony, and access to a private beach. The room itself was spacious with a high ceiling and a spiral staircase that takes you up to a second bedroom. Their services are top tier and their staff were invested in anticipating our every need. Thank you the team for a memorable holiday!

My first time to stay at this property, and I will stay again when I return to the area. Excellent service, friendly greetings, and servant spirits were demonstrated throughout the entire staff. Plus, the quality mattress and bed linens were perfect, high quality. I've traveled a lot and beds can be disappointing. This bed was so comfortable I wanted to stay longer. I chose this property because of location, price, and breakfast included. The breakfast was so much better than most hotels. Thank you for exceeding my expectations.

We stayed here for a night before flying off an holiday. The hotel is easy to find and there was plenty of onsite parking. Check in was very pleasant and helpful and we were upgraded to an executive room. I think the hotel has been revamped since last time I stayed and the room was lovely - a good size, plenty of sockets and very quiet. The restaurant was pricey, as we expected, but the food arrived very quickly and was excellent. Service throughout our stay was very good and I'd certainly use the hotel again.

Very nice hotel, we were upgraded to the Suite which has separate bedroom from living room. Very clean, nice, modern. Wish there was a table to sit at in the living area besides just the desk. Mask protocol was followed, we did not get room service to keeps separate from staff. Breakfast was brown bag you got from the reception area. Pool area was nice although outdoor area is big. Really enjoyed our stay.

Everyone was truly amazing! I have stayed for 12 days and it felt like home. All of them took their time in making sure that my needs were taken cared of. Customer Service is really top-notch. Clean and safe environment. Friendly staff, from the Security to the Top Management. They have the best location too if you are coming there for business. Kudos to the team! Will definitely come back!

My husband and I had a fantastic one night stay here. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the hotel itself is kitted out really nicely with comfortable and modern designed rooms. Our rate included parking and breakfast which we felt was well worth it. A short walk to the car park and a really good choice at breakfast where again service and quality was fantastic. The hotel is in a great position to walk to the shops and the beach. A really great location. Thank you for a great night away - if only it were for longer!
