The
hotel
is
decent,
but
definitely
the
staff
should
be
better
trained.
Everyone
from
from
the
receptionists,
throughout
the
waiters
and
up
until
the
spa
staff
are
unaware
of
the
concept
that
people
staying
at
the
hotel
are
paying
their
salaries
and
should
not
give
them
attitude
and
make
them
feel
unwanted
or
intruding.
We
changed
2
bungalows,
which
were
far
far
away
from
the
5
star
experience,
but
at
the
end
for
additional
charge
we
ended
up
in
a
great
room
in
the
main
building.
I
suggest
booking
rooms
in
the
main
building
since
they
look
renovated.
I
am
giving
a
great
grade
for
cleanliness,
because
the
hotel
is
definitely
maintained
appropriately.
So
5/5
for
housekeeping.
The
mini-bar
is
poor.
Food
is
ok,
but
there
is
still
what
can
be
improved.
There
were
no
nuts,
nor
fresh
juices
(except
breakfast).
This
is
the
only
5
star
hotel
in
which
we
were
rejected
packed
food
to
go,
for
a
trip
and
we
were
told
to
get
napkins
and
wrap
sandwiches
ourselves.
The
spa
is
a
big
one,
but
there
is
a
lot
to
be
improved
as
well
(from
the
receptionist’s
attitude,
to
the
massages).
Another
thing
is
that
we
had
to
pay
everything
in
advance
and
there
is
no
option
to
charge
the
service
to
the
room
and
pay
at
the
end.
As
a
whole
we
had
a
really
nice
vacation,
so
I
recommend
this
hotel
as
it
seems
it’s
the
best
in
Hammamet.
